Prices going up. Serving sizes going down. But there new fried chicken is very nice. Ask for no wing pieces. Hardly any meat on them. It's like a crumbed bone

They gave us someone else’s order - we ate a few chips before realising and took the food back inside. They took it out of my hand and handed it to the customer waiting.even though I told them I had touched the food.disgusting at any point in time let alone during a pandemic! LMAO. They then proceeded to give us our order without our chips.

We always buy a whole roast chicken at 10am opening time straight out of the oven, THE MOST TENDER DELICIOUS CHICKEN YOU WILL EVER EAT, hands down better than a Woolies or Coles chicken.

Have not had read rooster for more than 10 years.always find the roasted chicken too salty. Tried again today and surprised to find the buttered chicken better than the others. The chips were also very good. I'll consider RR when I am looking for rostered chicken from now.

Hot food, but slow service, prepare to wait. Too much gravy in potato and gravy. But the meal was yum worth the wait.

Not bad, like the rest of them.
Food was decent, slightly oily but worth it.
Service was as expected by younger people who seem to be rude and think they are cool because they work there.

Price/Amount ratio is absolutely horrid. $5 popcorn chicken is apparently a special deal to them. RIP Red Rooster, you were great at one point.

I like the onion rings from Red Rooster. They are very tasty and have surpassed Hungry Jack's with their version of the onion rings. Also the roast wing quarter chicken and chips are great!

Ordered nuggets, was asked if I wanted to include any sauces but didn’t tell me there was an extra charge until after I paid which I can let go, but if your going to charge me extra for sauces at least remember to put the sauce in the bag.

Very, very disappointing. Supermarkets sell off their roast chickens for a few bucks when they get to be as old and wrinkly as the one we just had delivered.

The roast veggies were ancient too - potatoes all grey - the carrots dry and shriveled. And worse, they had a strong taste of some weird chemical - like dry- cleaning fluid.

Wish I'd taken a photo - they couldn't even cut it up properly. Looked like they used a really old blunt saw - much of the skin detached - but included separately in the box

Guys - it's not even like you can say you do other stuff better and you have redeeming qualities - chicken is ALL you do! You should be ashamed.

We thought we'd give you a go because we were in a hurry and you're not too far away. OK - so you ALMOST managed to deliver it on time. But given that the food was so many hours old when you dispatched it - you'd think you could at least manage to deliver INSIDE the 25-35 minute window you cited before and after I placed the order - as it was it was about 10 mins late.

I really feel I wasted 40 bucks and wish I'd gone to the supermarket to get one of their roast chickens. It would have been quicker, fresher, way cheaper and tasted lot better.

Food was cold and poor service provided by mohamad, don't have sense to talk and has poor customer service.

Sorry, but I didn't liked it. It was my first time eating at a Red Rooster restaurant and the place was totally dirty. I guess they didn't have enough staff the day we went there, but it was really disgusting to eat there with all the tables dirty and sticky and so much garbage and leftovers around.

Your restaurant provide very bad facility. Mohammed is a very rude person, he does not know how to behave the customer.

Poor service provided by mohammad in drive thru- very rude and lack of hospitality.
Will not reccomend to anyone to visit due to mohammad.

This red roster no staff and rude person 25 minutes just for combos only busy time 2 people work at this red roster

The food is alright, but some burgers are average. But when you get a good burger than it's worth the money. Customer service was iffy by assuming my order which lead to a lot repeation of the order

Still good value takeaway food BUT always dirty and dusty or sticky from poor cleaning products.
Furniture, decor and ambience is sooo outdated it's not even vintage. It's just old run down barn.

No wonder they are closing down, they don't even try to care. But go there and let them know because it would be such a shame to have them close down a great family food institution.

Seriously have no clue what the hell happened over the past year at red rooster but they really put their game up. Definitely better tasting than any kfc even with their burgers, only a few menu items that aren't that good. Food there is often still pretty hot
