Since they changed the rippa we haven't been here much. It's hit and miss if they like me using loyalty points. Don't be in business if you're scared of missing out on money.

Have been going here for meany year it can be a bit hit and miss.
When it's good it's very good yesterday I ordered and the young girl severing good my order wrong.
When I told here there's was not even a sorry. The chips were very undercooked and unable to eat

Dine in is extremely poor and dirty, and the tables are broken. Understand why red rooster has a low reputation. I've spent over $20, extremely salty despite I can handle spices and salt.

A good Red Rooster in a really nice place. Looking out the windows across Stud Rd over Endeavour Hills, nice view. Worth the stop if you have time. Amenities need work!

I’ve been waiting for around 15 minutes for my food, while waiting, another guy comes in and orders the exact same thing as me. My food comes 1-2 minutes after the other guy orders and they give it to him, which obviously should’ve been my order. So this made to wait another 10 minutes. Didn’t get any kind of compensation for waiting and for their mistake

Called in there on a business trip and have to say, the most filthiest and dirty fast food place I have been too.
Tables looked like they haven't been cleaned in days, there was food all over them and on the floor. Toilets were disgusting. I wondered what the kitchen was like and made me sick to think.
It was quiet and no one else in the restaurant so no excuses. Don't know how they can get away with such filth.
Bins were full and I had to leave my rubbish on top of it. Will never eat there again.

Went to store only 3 people in store so not busy.tables were sticky toilet was disgustingly dirty.

Ordered via the red rooster app. Half the order was missing. Tried putting in a complaint to get my money and there is no option for complaint besides the store feedback which apparently 2 weeks later they still can't get back to you.tried calling the store but the phone number attached is disconnected. Really poor form! Still waiting on a response and a $40 refund for the food that never came!

Potato and gravy was mostly gravy. Went through drive through and got up the road only to find there was no serviettes or spoon in the bag

6 July 2022 12: 08pm Wednesday during school holidays, only 4 piece of fried chicken and no whole roast chicken ready. A whole train of cars behind me waiting. Only here coz my child wants Red rooster. May be the last time at this joint though, they have nothing to serve.

Not bad
It's a red rooster so, if you have a craving you're all set. Nice. I recommend the rooster roll

This would be the worst meal I ever had I went here and had to wait over 10 minutes just to be served the lady just walked past the register multiple times before taking orders. When I got my food my burger was cold and flat and my chips were under cooked the only good thing was my drink.
I'm never coming back here again

Waited 15 minuets got meals and didn’t get 1 thing I ordered, went back to them and told me I hadn’t ordered it at all but had on receipt refused to give me money back or what I ordered

Worst ever place

This was utterly disgusting. The discrepancy between any other big food chain and this sad excuse for a restaurant was gargantuan. Terrible burger with 0 sauce, might’ve gotten 3 good chips, chicken was dustier than nannas clunge and the only good part was the Vanilla Coke

Amazing was going through the drive through at red rooster it was flat out mc donalds over the rd had 1 car that's what happens when u sell mini macs

Nice, fresh hot meal was enjoyed from here recently on a visit from interstate. A bit expensive, but friendly young lady on the counter.

Worse fast food experience!
Decided to walk in instead of drive through. The place was just sad. Most of the lights were not working, one of the 2 working lights was strobing. There were no menu screens only posters attached to the register table. Where the screens used to be we're just holes in the walls. I've been to street vendors in 3rd world countries with better ambiance!
The girl serving the counter, although polite, had no idea what was going on, or what they had on the menu. Other customers had been waiting 30 minutes for their meal. One of whom voiced their frustration only to be rudely told by the manager that they are "in a rush"!
I think she meant it was rush hour so they were busy!
Will not be going back there again.

The new spicy wings are very nice and tasty. Better than KFC spicy wings for sure. Service at this store is also always nice and friendly. Thank you.

Did not have enough chicken cook for some meals had to substitute other chicken for the meal that was ordered

Those spicy wings are unhealthy but God damnnnnnn they were good, and they put more spicy sauce all over the wings, So FREAKING GOOD. #WORTHIT
