56This red rooster store we arrived at 7.30pm. The staff were extremely efficient and the shop was busy even for the hour of the night. The boys keen to keep the customers flowing nicely. The chicken was very tender. We would recommend this store to anyone going through Ballarat.

Love red rooster bbq chicken. So much better than supermarket bbq cooks that sit in plastic bags and stew!
On the same side of Ballarat hospital on Sturt Street, very good deals on meals. Super fast service too.

Not too bad for take away food. Staff were friendly and patient while I ordered as I hadn't been here for a long time.
My fiance got the double bbq bacon burger which was nice, the chips were salty which was good. I however was given the rooster roll instead of the rippa roll, and the rooster roll is basically the same as a Woolworths roast chicken in a mushy roll that I couldn't finish because it had so much of what tasted like chicken stuffing. Rewards program was good and got $5 off of my first order.
Best chips in all of fast food, with friendly staff that at this seems missing from stores these days.
The chicken and gravy roll and potato and gravy tasted like melted plastic. They also managed to mess up our online delivery order twice and then expected us to go in to have it replaced. The manager didn't even know the menu! The food was way overpriced for its quality. Disgusting!
Too much sauce on chicken burger couldn't eat the bun because it was so soggy from barbeque sauce it was over powering
Sitting here nice and peaceful nice coffee roll and chips none of that loaded this smashed that none of those annoying beeping noises coming from the kitchen the music doesn't sound like a nightclub this place is just nice and simple and that's a good thing in this world

Ordered with wing, got a scrappy chicken with leg, but when I complained was given one with wing but have noticed quality has dropped off lately.
Filthy run down. All floors dirty, bins full. Staff chatting doing nothing. Terrible rap music playing. Terrible coffee.toilet dirty. Dont visit.
I walked in about 4: 30 last night, and all the workers were in a circle making chicken noises. Also my chips were dry.
First time there. Staff were very helpful and facilities all clean. Disappointed at wait time for small order at the counter as two lines of drive thru appeared to take preference. Another waiting customer expressed same thought. Food was great.
