Red Rooster

The chicken portions are usually cooked to perfection when I've had the 3 piece offering. Chunky chips have always been a family favourite.

Food was good no problem. Service at 230 on Tuesday in the drive through was terrible, I was waiting at the microphone for ages and nobody answered so I drove around to the window and eventually got served with no acknowledgement to the wait at all. Quite blunt. Every other time I've been it's been a lot better.

Ordered via uber eats, got notified that order had been taken and made only to be told via a driver that the restaurant was actually closed. Poor form!

Got click and collect. A short wait. Free chicken with their app even thou their chickens are very small. Red rooster is a healthier choice and does taste good.

Very disappointed, not able to dine in even though current restrictions allow it. Wouldn't have anything from the fried chicken range again, didn't taste like anything really

Ordered some nuggets and a coffee. Nuggets came quick and fresh but was stuck at window for about 7 minutes before they apologised as they had to make again. They asked me to park on roadside parking and would give me a mousse for my delay. Took about another 5 or so minutes and got the coffee. Never got the mousse they offered which would of been nice because I ended up late to my destination.

Requested no wings in order of 2 pcs fried chicken. Opened box to find 2 wings. Not very customer focussed.

Despite good service, poorest quality snack I've had in quite some time. Expected much more - haven't been to RR for probably 5-6 years & probably won’t repeat!

Went through the drive-thru, was fairly fast and the staff at the window were friendly and polite. Good job!

Called and picked up 10 PCs of battered chicken, and a large coleslaw…. Well the chicken was moist, but completely flavour less…, was crunchy but lacked some flavour.the coleslaw was soft, flavour less, the dressing did nothing for it… sorry guys I thought you might be giving KFC a run, but sadly they don’t have to be worried…

Really clean and tidy, friendly staff and I love using an Aussie based franchise so Reddy tick alot of boxes for me.

I'd go for Red Rooster over Maccas or KFC any day. Love this store especially for the friendly staff.

Wow. This store sets the standard for every other Red Rooster I've been too. Consistent cooking, clean location, and great service.

I adore their barbecue chicken! Delicious food, clean place, efficient staff - this Red Rooster has it all.

Bit of a let down, waited around chips weren't fresh and wasn't what I expected. Was actually a very happy with what you are just as good morning baby xx showered with you showered with love.

We had a wondeful girl serve us who was animated, bright and friendly, made our dinning experiance great. Equally, having the option to have wraps with the sweet potato chips as a side was amazing, i can finally eat out without having to take ages specially ordering everything! Thanks so much for a great fast food menu?

Worst food I've had for years. Awful nuggets. Dreadful "chicken" burger. Dirty facilities and sloppy service. Never again.

Food is fine but one would think they have to catch the chickens themselves to cook them for the time it takes to get the order

Located on Ballarats main drag, parking, drive thru and dine in. They also deliver. Everything we bought today was tasty and freshly prepared, except everything was over salted. Buttermilk chicken, Roast Chicken and also the chips. We eat Red rooster once or twice a month or so all over Australia, and this is not the norm.
