Been here several times before, staff are always friendly and attentive and the food they served was fresh an delicious as per usual.

Restaurant absolutely filthy. All tables dirty. Ordered a double burger got a single burger. When restaurant quitened down staff had opportunity to clean front of house. They just stood behind the counter chatting. Very poor. Service by young guy was very good though.

I went in and ordered my food tonight. The girl that served me was absolutely awesome. The music was absolutely blaring the poor girl serving the drive-through you could see she was having trouble hearing. When I ordered, there was three guys and one blonde girl at the back just standing there laughing. There was blonde boy he just threw someone’s piece of chicken on the bench why the other guy made a wrap for some customer they were laughing and carrying on and leaning against the benches like school kid hygiene care factor didn’t exist, No respect for customers whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting to watch thinking at they are touching your food they seen me standing there and it didn’t even bother them the poor girl out the front. She was snowed under with customers foods and orders in the rack which the young girl at the back just kept pushing them through but no one was helping the girl out the front all the orders in the hot wreck I could see was all just squashed up together it was like four people, three boys, one girl stand at the back and just chatting, no respect for customers. The music so loud, you couldn’t even hear people speak never again. The young lady at the front that was doing the drive-through as well as serving me deserves five stars. The rest deserve. None so disappointing in Red Rooster.

To be honest, I think the roast chicken is better than the fried one. The fried one is dry, altough it is crispy (unlike KFC).

Cleanliness can be improved, especially for the restroom.

Ordered via menu log unfortunately food was stone cold chips half cooked and no salt. Drinks missing contacted them about the missing items and only offered a in store voucher instead of trying to help correct my order. Delivery driver and red rooster are playing the blame game.

Food taste fresher here than the dirty bird across the road. Mash potato still meh though.

1 star cause you don't deliver to Mitchell Park, Vic! I am sick with COVID, would really appreciate a wrap that I would give 5 stars to. You really need to update this if you're going to offer delivery!

Me and my partner ordered a spicy box each, when we got home we found that out piece of chicken was plain and not the spicy coated chicken, and our burgers were made very average, my partners burger had one chicken strip and only just covered half the burger so the other half was just all bun, a bit disappointed.

Great chicken, great pineapple fritters (something I never thought I would say!) Great chicken wraps. Everyone was pleasantly surprised how good it was: because there aren't many stores in SA, so none of us had had it in the recent past.

Attended internally at front counter as drive thru full. Staff friendly, polite and professional. Order taken quickly and my order was likewise delivered quickly. The new honey fried chicken is Fantaaasticccc. Gotta give it a go.

Amazing as always! The chips are amazing nice and crunchy with the perfect amount of salt.if your going there get the buttermilk wings there are awesome really crunchy and very tasteful.would highly recommend.

Chicken was not drained before the burger was assembled. Sickening, so won't be trying again.

Came to your store during my holiday and spoke of the pineapple fritters being so much better than the ballarat branch in victoria. Just had some of those and they were so disspointing compared to yours well done!

I get the feeling this store wasn't originally planned to have a drive thru. The execution is a bit strange with cars trying to queue from different entries. The wait on a busy Friday afternoon wasn't too bad. The boy on the register with the bluest eyes that bore straight into my soul made up for any negatives though.

Chicken was a little dry wasn’t happy about that otherwise everything else was good - they also forgot multiple items in my order

Had a burger. Burger was yummy except that it was nearly cold and the bread bun disintegrated, it was stale and very dry. Disappointing! Not worth it.

Gave us the wrong order for starters, customer service was unenthusiastic. Chicken rolls that were given to us were in fact, dry.

Just bought dinner, chicken pieces Luke warm, chips cold, and yet it’s dinner time! Won’t ever go back

Red Rooster is honestly underrated.
