50Do not order delivery. I thought it was a once off but it has happened again that I have received cold chips. These chips were not cooked to order and sat in the hopper for a long period of time before being handed to the driver. It really should be common sense that you cook chips fresh when they are to be delivered.
Red Rooster what can you say. Gotta love their wings though, fresh chips and a I am a sucker for a Chicken roll combo
Ordered through Uber eats. On the app red rooster advertise free large chips with orders over 30 dollars. My order arrived without the chips. Called them up and spoke franchise owner. He was pretty rude and denied they advertised any specials so I sent him a screenshot. We could of ordered 1 of hundreds of local restaurants but chose this. We feel cheated.
Lunch was spot on freshly made chips service was fantastic and was ready quick going back whenever in area
Don’t like there job missing chips, sauce and no leg pieces (which we specified) needs more enthusiastic staff
Chicken strips always good. Today's chips were dry cardboard with what looked like specs of chicken stuffing in the box and on some chips. Won't get chips there again.
Fast food restaurant that still dosent have designated Recycling bins so all the cans and bottles of drink they serve in restaurant end up in land fill instead of recycled VERY POOR EFFORT RED ROOSTER
Good place for a feed. Friendly staff. Drive-thru is one of the more efficient ones I've experienced. Red Royalty loyalty programme is a must-join. Discount dollars rack up fairly quickly.
Have to get it every year just to remind myself red rooster is not the same place it was when I was a kid. Terrible undercooked chips and the popcorn chicken just seemed like they had gone to aldi and got frozen chicken bits. Surprised these guys still exist, they went down hill well over a decade ago.
