Fantastic experience at Red Rooster's drive-through! The service was speedy, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend their efficient and tasty offerings!

Cold chips & burger, roll was so soggy it literally fell apart and half of it was smeared all over the outside of the packaging (and they charge $12 for it!). Went back with cold food and received unfriendly, non apologetic exchange for semi warm chips

Worst red rooster in the state and that’s saying something.staff rude and incompetent, food is garbage and cold, drink fridge empty despite having more staff on deck than any other red rooster. It was close to a 20 minute wait in the drive through with only two other cars in there when I went most recently.probably wouldn’t have even left this review if the girl who gave me my order wasn’t such a cow too.no idea how they can afford to keep this location. I’m sure thousands of developers would be dying to put anything else in its place.

Food was the definition of just alright. And someone nearly confused my order.

Honestly, the prices just do not justify the quality and service I'm getting.

Food was great. Was waiting in the drive thru for upwards of 15 minutes though. The man taking my order seemed more interested in asking me about the novels of Oscar Wilde and something about a 'King Lizard? ". Either way my Gooey Choc Cake was delicious!

Very Poor Red Rooster. The girl that packed our dinner pretty much threw the food in the bag. Once the order was complete she threw the bag in our direction. Once we started eating the food was cold and tasteless. Customer Service has gone out the windows. Won't be ordering food at that establishment again.

Worst staff and service ever everyone is enjoying and no one is preparing food with attention, worst red rooster I have ever seen!

Staff is just focus on talking not one is focused on food.

Zero star to this red rooster, save money guys!

I mean it is a red rooster, so you can’t expect anything special, but there was a couple of issues to discuss.
The floor was soaking wet, covered in puddles, as the mop-water from last night hadn’t dried. Bit gross but whatever.
Secondly however, the chips we ordered were nice for the first few bites, nice and hot, however as I slowly realised, they were doused in an excessive amount of salt, so much that it felt there was more salt than chip. But yes, they were freshly hot so that was good.
Staff were very nice too, and I would not blame any of these poor situations on the staff as it seems to be more of a training issue.

Pretty average. I don’t think you come somewhere like this with high expectations, but it could have been better?

I ordered a rooster feed. Waited over 25 minutes for the meal as the staff wear very young and sing to be all trainees with no management around. Drove to my grandparent's house to enjoy the meal as it was an early birthday meal. Once unpacking, the chicken was missing, and only the sides were in the paper bag. I called up the store, and they refused to help me sort out this issue. Even though I gave them multiple suggestions, I only wanted to get the food re-delivered to my grandparent's house or get a voucher to our closest store. Unfortunately, the assistant manager and manager could not help me resolve this issue. This has poured into my evening and for my grandparents too. I am very disappointed with how this was handled and would not recommend anyone visiting the store. This issue will be taken further and dealt with accordingly, as it’s a matter of principle as a business.

Some of the worst chips I’ve ever eaten. How they can be that soggy and the worker not think they might need another 5 minutes in the fryer. I know it’s fast food but take some pride in your work

Camille M, the server at the cashier, was very helpful in making this visit a pleasant one and I highly recommend her.

Everything was very good and food came out quickly. Fries were just alright.

They make the driver wait for at least 25-30 min all the time even after pickup time passes, this is ridiculous…

Slow service.
Ordered buttermilk wings that were overcooked - dry and very dark brown.

I went to the restaurant at 8pm, ordered one meal, they charged me double. I have spoken the today, she was every rude and never listened to me. I won't be again

Ordered a qtr chicken chips meal large and a reds burger. Get to window pay then 2 mins later they say oh it’s 11 mins wait for the roast chicken. Ok.why did you not mention that before accepting my order. The girl then says we can give u the same amount of fried chicken instead. So I get home there’s one tiny piece of fried chicken with hardly any meat on it. A tiny amount of chips. I asked for large you idiots. To top it off they put old dried tenders in my burger. Your job isn’t really that hard. Service was sh*t and I’m assuming who ever manages this store is a complete idiot too.

The most frustrating part is how little chips they serve. The chips are the only saving grace and when I opened the box the other day there was half a container. Also I really have no idea why they changed the chicken tenders in the rippa Rolls? It just doesn't taste the same and it's so salty.

One of the few artisan establishments left in Surrey hills, solid food option if you are looking for something on the go. Don’t go here expecting more than what it is, a very good 3 star option

First up, lovely staff BUT quite disorganised. Ordered special deal from app, girl looked confused even after I showed her the deal AND explained it. Meal came without special deal. THREE people now looking at my app all looking perplexed. Finally large chips ordered. Eating the part of the order that came.no serviette. Asked for one. Girl disappears for 5 minutes while I'm left hanging. Reappears saying that my chips will be ready soon. I repeat my request for a serviette. 15 minutes later still waiting for large chips while food delivery drivers all get served. Go to counter. "Oh sorry I thought you'd already been served". Chips were great, staff were friendly, staff training and store cleanliness needs attention
