Nice crispy chicken pieces and chips/fries along with friendly service. Pretty warm weather so airconditioning was good, just a little bit dated inside apart from that.

Staff here are great.
Food is great.
But they decided to start charging 50c for tomato sauce this year…
Registers and scanners are often broken and are antiquated.

I had the best experience with the drive through girl around 6: 45pm on September 30th.she was so kind and caring and just gave the absolute best service! Would go back to this red rooster purely for her service:)

Unmitigated disaster this store. This is the third ordre in a row that has failed ot have bene delivered. Each time claling the store multipel times to get differign reasosn why they have failed, starting with cannot find the order, its is the dleivery drivers to we despatched it however it did ot arrive (became our problem aparently)

Would avoid this store and Red Rooster in general like the plague their digital system and Apps do not work, their staff are apathetic and generally never deliver at all let alone to expectations

20 minute wait in drive through to be asked to wait another 5 min in the carport as the chips weren't ready. Looks like Uber eats get priority over customers actually picking up. Poor service and not "fast food".

The staff really kidding, wherever Red Rooster never ask need to bring bag to pick up only this shop, neither small order or big still ask for bag, weirdo

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THE WEBSITE.
Red Rooster Surrey Hills no longer deliver food themselves. The order goes through to DoorDash, who then wait until they have a driver available. Once the driver is available the order gets sent to the store. We spent $120 on a huge order, waited half an hour (didn’t get sent a confirmation email either) called the store and they hadn’t even received the order yet. There was no way to cancel the order, we just had to wait until DoorDash sent the order through to the store. This was ridiculous as we had hungry kids waiting for “fast” food.
There is nowhere on the website that states it will be delivered through a delivery partner either, so it’s really misleading. We wouldn’t have bothered if we had known. Really annoyed with the experience. The staff weren’t able to resolve this when we called them either.

Honestly, not the best red rooster. It never tastes as fresh as the other one I go to. However the restaurant itself I like, it has a nice outside area.

This is my go to place whenever I am craving for proper crispy fried chicken. Although they do lack flavour in their crispy batter, the meat is always cooked thoroughly and juicy, just the way I want my chicken meat to be.

Their sweet potato fries is also always so delicious and cooked nicely!

I went this restaurant twice but I both have very bad experience. The staffs should be trained again. I placed order online but they said they cannot find my orders and let me wait for long long long long time without any sorry.

A well rounded fast food venue. Slightly on the expensive side when compared to KFC or McDonald's, but it is consistently fresh and highly enjoyable.

This particular Red Rooster location is very quiet so it's served quickly and very hot.

Monster Energy drinks are served here alongside regular drink cans.

I ordered food from delivery platform and delivery person is there for almost 40 min and then he got my order. Speed up your process of making food. Always my order was late from this restaurant and it’s not delivery persons fault it’s always restaurant fault.

Terrible customer service. Was in the drive through for 30 mins not moving. Rang store from the car and asked what was going on and told that "orders were being taken". Would have driven away if I could have but blocked in line. When I reached the window I asked why it was so slow and the attendant just looked at me and wouldn't answer. When I finally opened my meal, the chips were cold. Never again at this store.

Never keep order ready for everyone mainly delivery driver
Always start order after driver arrival
Never keep customer food ready on time always take half an hour or quarter to hour time to prepare
Never get customer food on time

2pm Saturday afternoon 20 min wait on cooked chook? Sorry we ran out? What a joke. DW KFC had plenty

Bought our 3 grandkids in to dine in, a party feast high include a bottle of coke, mash potatoes etc.
However no cups and spoons provided and I had to specifically ask for them. Bad experience for all of us

Be aware! Every time I order through drive the they forget items. They often run out of chickens as well. Service is friendly however, they rarely deliver a complete order. How hard is it to check the order before handing it over.

Chips were too salty, bugs inside, management nasty towards employees.

Support local cafes instead.

Food was good. Wish their marketing team did a better job or their product presentation was better. Also the new logo is rubbish. 5 stars for the local store though.
