Seriously, how slow are their delivery times? Driver has been waiting for almost 23mins. Never again.

Always need to wait for service. Once served he was apologetic for our wait. Tried buttermilk chicken wings and they were tender, crispy and tasty. New to the menu, I think.
Eating area was clean but did not visit the toilets.
Big improvement compared to my last visit, which was last year.

Service was very slow. Drive through is 2.5mt height clearance which is important for me as my new van requires 2.5 mt.

Really poor service. Extremely slow. Loud and inappropriate music was playing over the speakers.

Asked for extra sauce and paid for it did not get extra sauce. Service was a little slow but nice friendly staff on

The service of red rooster in Doncaster I must say was fantastic. I found the staff to be patient with customer polite & food cooked really well, most impressed all around a lot better than in Hampton Park.

Fantastic service, and always delivered in a timely manner (through Drive Thru which is where I usually go). The rooster rolls are my personal favourite and always well made, followed by the chicken cheese and bacon burger. Would definitely recommend.

Great staff here, always produce nice crispy chicken.specifically the gentleman, who I dont know the name of unfortunately always provides high quality service.

Haven’t had Red Rooster for years but I didn’t miss out on much. Now I know why Maccas and KFC are better.

Second time around and my order is again wrong.good on you for providing 2 x chips and gravy that tasted like the chips were reheated from hours ago then smothered in so much gravy we may not notice how horrible it actually is. I am finally giving up on red rooster. No one seems to give a rats what they produce and give to a paying customer.i actually wanted to rate zero but no option.

Never had any issues with the food here. The staff are friendly and the food is always served hot and fresh. Delicious.

Quality of the finished product is steadily decreasing, not to mention the quantity of servings is getting markedly smaller.seems to be what is happening in all fast food providers. 4 stars because i really love their chips.

A simple large chips and thats too Hard. Dont offer my money back when i returned my order
Dont communicate with me my order is different in appearance.
Just keep on treating your customers like they are IDIOTS and your business will THRIVE all the way to bankruptcy.
Your a disgrace in Doncaster and should not hold a franchise for RED ROOSTER.
This customer will never come back.
Hope the $4.60 was worth it!

I like coming to Red Rooster, don’t get me wrong but it absolutely pisses me off when they get my order wrong, frequently. I ask for no gravy with the classic roast and they still put it in.

Tasty chicken and good service. Prices are step and changing something in an order seems to be a hassle.

Love a bit of good roast chicken!
