62Purchased a whole chicken for tonight and it looks and smells great! Still one of my favorite store for chicken.
Was a long wait to be given the wrong order.
The girl didn't understand what I had asked for but carried on like she did inputting something random.
I couldn't eat what I was given as I have stomach issues so it ended up being a bit of a waste.
The staff always stuffing around like they are outside of work. Completely unprofessional and just making jokes and laughing amongst themselves while customers waiting for their orders. Who's actually looking over these kids while they're supposed to be working and doing their job properly? Terrible management at this store!
I went to red rooster on the 6th February for a nice lunch at 1pm, the food was cold, my whole chicken was dry and hard and the staff didn't care about being fast who ever was the big guy was at the store was rude to me and said the food was good but in reality it was so bad I don't ever want to eat at red rooster again.
Dealt with Louis, absolute champion!

Ordered online for click and collect. Had to wait for more than half an hour. Half the order was missing in the bag and realised it after reaching home. Disappointed and spoiled my Friday night. No proper resolution for the issue.
Sloooowwwwww. Longest drive through wait I've experienced. Cold rippa comba meal and didn't have 600ml Coke bottles.
This would be a really good establishment. They just need to work on their cooking and paying staff on time. That’s all.
Wish I could give a rating lower than 1. Where do I begin? Ordered a "Rooster Feed" (see pic for inclusions and then compare to what we got!). After waiting for 15mins I was given a bag of food that was leaking - dripping on me, my car seat etc. Thought I'd go into the store and with the bag, on my way POP! The bag breaks and food everywhere. Told the staff, who replaced it - again waiting. So after waiting almost 30mins got my food, got home and realised that the order was short. This place is in serious need of retraining or assessing their work methods. This, unfortunately is not my first issue with this store but will be my last. STAY AWAY and go to your local roast/charcoal chicken
I'd give this place a better review if I remembered visiting.
All I know is I was drunk, I walked in, I got chicken and it was good at the time.

It's a big improvement with the chicken is cleaner, basing on few times I went the expearience is really well, the only downside is the first time I revisit Red rooster, the sub was soggy but other than that, it's well restored
Brought a 6 pcs of fried chicken. Gave me 6 cold fried chicken and very small pieces. Never come back again.
Drive though 8/10/2021, fried chicken was that dry, I couldn't eat it. One of the pieces really nice, so they must have given me old chicken
The Indian dude working there was very rude to drivers, yet the restaurant was always slow on supplying food to drivers. It is almost like this restaurant is not welcoming online orders. Do not be rude to anyone especially you are in the catering industry coz you never know one day he can become your customer and bring more customers too. Understand the problem first before you speak out.
Had the lunch special for $5.
Quarter chicken, mashed potato and gravy and chips.
Food was good and price worth for it.
This chicken store ran out of whole, half and quarter chicken by only mid-afternoon. I was told I could at least order burgers but as I made my choice, news came from the kitchen that burger buns had also run out. I was left wondering what, from the menu, I could order! Eventually I was able to order some wings, but I was rather disappointed by the lack of choice of food. The girl who served me at the counter was doing her best, however her manager could be more polite and kind to his staff members and customers. Even though he may have been frustrated at the chicken situation, his shouting was off-putting. The chicken wings weren't too bad though.
We ordered fried chicken to enjoy our Friday! And it was our first time trying red rooster chicken!
First of all it took a lot to get it while it was really close to our place. So when we had our food, it was cold!
Quality was very low!

Red rooster is always a great feed. That herb mayo. Mmm. HOWEVER. This particular store does not follow hygiene practices. I've sighted them use their greasy gloves (used to handle food), then same gloves worn, punch in numbers on their eftpos terminal, sometimes even grabbing your phone with those same! Gloves. Quite concerning during covid times. Minus 2 stars for this.
I was served by workers who is not interested in their customer and were interrupted constantly by them chatting with each other. Won't be going there again.
I went through the drive through recently. I ordered a regular Tropicana meal. When I came to check out they had added a drink. I said I did not want the drink. The response was that they can't alter the order and I would have to pay for the meal with a drink whether I accepted the drink or not. I had the regular Tropicana meal the previous week without the drink. I work in an Aged Care facility literally next door. I am run off my feet with Covid-19; thanks Red Rooster for being totally inflexible with your menu. I said no thanks and proceeded to the McDonald's drive through. You lost my business.
