Packs are getting smaller and smaller. Stopped buying about 2 years ago. Thought i would give them another try. Never again. Definately not value for money

To slow for breakfast in the drive through much much to slow then the toasted sandwiches were a disgrace, hash brown was far to greasy but the coffee and muffin were excellent.

I like the chips and gravy but there needs to be some fried chicken not just regular roast chicken

Hell fire burger. It's the size of a Jr burger. No cheese it's not hot like there's some spice there but definitely does not live up to the name.the name is unfortunately inappropriately timed to recent events. It's over priced. If you feel like an expensive snack give it a shot. But it's a very expensive slider.

We 'ate in' and received absolutely Fantastic service from the friendly staff, down to delivering our meal to the table with a smile. Chips were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside but the Rooster Rolls were slightly overdone. Tables & toilets were clean.

We had the hellfire meal this evening and was unimpressed, tasteless we had two different levels of heat and the boxes were not marked well. Mine was a total mess when I opened it as the photo shows.

Once went a store where someone had stolen the s from rooster so it lit up with red rooter classic

20 minutes to get my food. 1 other car in drive though.forgot half my order and I only ordered 1 thing

Our local red rooster. Have ordered from here on several occasions. The food is always delivered quickly and promptly. Sometimes the chips are a bit soggy, but other than that.they always get the order right.

This store started selling alcohol as well through a trial. Not sure how long that will last but certainly a menu item at the time of this review

Reasonable price, fast service and good quality food. Polite staff. Clean environment. Public toilets.

Took an hour and 20 minutes to deliver, then open the bag to notice the roll (main thing in meal) was missing! Calling literally 25-30 minutes non stop, finally they answered didn't even apologize. 50 minutes later the roll turns up, on top of that i look in my pocket to see you have ripped me off a few dollars! Not much i know but still annoying considering what our experience was already like! Really not happy, food was okay but the whole customer service thing was absolutely shocking.

Not the greatest place to order from. My bbq Texas wrap was a mess. Played for extra bacon got bearly any. Garlic bread was old. Needs improving.

The young staff, in common with any American style fast food outlet have been brainwashed to ask "Will there be anything else? " Even if you have made your entire order very clear. It's very annoying that they don't listen to the customer.

Ordered my food with no tomato and cheese. Had tomato and cheese. I don't expect miracles from teenage kids but shouldn't be too difficult when you ask them to not add something.

Red Rooster Frankston North has come a long way from the old microwaved fast food of old, a new Injection of life from an active product development team brings this shop into real contention for your fast food dollars.

The staff have to my experience been patient, courteous and appreciative of my visit and the food is generally quite quick in its preparation.

I've even sampled their delivery service although please note that their delivery menu has inflated prices across the board and as such you can end up paying significantly more over a large order.

Skip the McDonald's next time and give the guys a shot, I think you'll enjoy it.

We asked for chicken classic with wings but instead we got legs. Minimal chips and peas. Overal disgusting
I will be telling all my friends and family not to go there.

Ordered at 11pm after half an hour was ringing to see how far off the delivery was with no answer, for them to answer 12: 05am and be told they are closed and they had to cancel the order because it would have been to late? !
Wont be ordering again.
