Drive through stuff was just adding to my order items I didn't even want. Adding large fries to a meal that has fries already in it. Couldn't understand anything at the speaker. Service horrible. Last time for me going to red rooster.

Loved the update, even have a screen where your order shows! Look really good, and, the food is always fresh here.

Always a quick & easy process to order from this eatery. Always get my order right & friendly staff.

Poor service. Everyone had to wait to order, everyone had to wait to pay.
Food was dry, and cold.

There are undergoing renovations at the moment. The chips for hot and fresh and the chicken roll was tasty. - 1 star so not having the chicken and gravy roll. It's the best item on the menu.

Friendly staff, food was fresh only down side was no eating in or restrooms available because they are doing major remodeling works to the whole restaurant

Don’t order through Uber eats, they send drivers with bulk orders and by the time it arrives it is very cold.

Order was totally messed up - an item was missing, wrong ingredients, the chicken was brown and veiny and the wait was over 20 minutes instore - just an overall terrible experience it's put my whole family off Red Rooster altogether

Fried chicken was nice. Chips need work. Potato gravy was sub par. I'll be back in 5 years to give the ugly bird a chance again.

Gave me the wrong order and the bacon and cheese ripper roll was discusting and could not be eaten will not order that again and will think twice about going there again

Can’t believe they don’t do original crispy burgers or chicken cheese and bacon burgers anymore, I’ll be giving this store a miss from now on

Normally good but today an absolute disaster. No fritters -seriously? No discount for no fritters in my meal no extra chips or drink. The chips were saggy and too salty to eat. They let us drive out without part of the meal so we had to go back. Disappointed doesn't cover it

They're generally pretty great here, fast and efficient service, the foods always hot and they get your order right. Except they never seem to have the muffins from Muffin Break, which is really frustrating.

I had very bad experience with the drive thru service tonight ordered Burgers with combos and didn't received them. I had my dad with me and he heard EVERY word that i said, and another thing is there are liars, i ask for the drink to be Pepsi and she said they only have coke.so i said that's fine
Why did you rephrase me when i ordered it that means that you knew i ordered drinks and combos with my meals
plus she didn't repeat order
I worked for the Red Rooster franchise for 3 years and never saw so much disappointment with the Red Team

Such good service! Never have I had such great service at a fast food restaurant! 10/10 I love everyone there and I hope you all prosper in life!

It's ok but stay clear of promotional foods at Red Rooster, especially at Seaford (balarto road) because they could shred up chicken left over for up to 3-5 days (I have been told). Bought one of these promotional deals for approx $5-$6 there.and the chicken tasted dreadful. Chicken pieces too old and dry. Not sure if this is allowed according to franchise contract.

Had a Rooster Roll recently, was very nostalgic. Haven't had one in maybe 20 years but tasted the same as I remember. Good feed.

Once upon a time these guys were great serving great chicken and chips.
Today is another story a - generic off the mill food cooked by teenagers that have no idea on customer service or food preparation.
