Not great when you receive a chicken burger that’s stone cold. Literally cold to the touch - the bun, the chicken - how long had it been sitting there? How do you think this is acceptable to give to customers? Threw it in the bin! Absolute waste of money.

These guys out done themselves, friendly and polite staff. The staff member even asked me to take a seat and they will bring out the food to me. I was expecting it to be a fast food place, where I stand and wait until I get my food at the counter then go to a table. Simple details like this really go a long way nowadays. This is what I call customer service. I hope all places have great service like this again.

I don’t use the words “fine dining experience” lightly, but here we are. Everything from the helpfulness of the staff to the quick service to the atmosphere is just brilliant. The food is always bussin, and the tunes always slap. Stay slay kings and queens of the rooster, stay slay.

Nice store, great service, quick and accurate. Food was nice - well made rolls and fresh tasting buns.

Worst red rooster experience ever.apparently staff didn’t hear that we ordered 2 tenders meals, had to pay for the tender meal which the staff member didn’t hear us order yet repeated what my partner said when ordering the food, forgot a large chips and my partners burger. Called the manager had to drive back up no offer to deliver, asked the manager to replace my ripper roll as it was sitting at home going cold and my partners chips as she didn’t want to eat her meal separated. Was offered a replacement chips yet came home to a waiting child with the tenders meal and had to eat a cold ripper roll myself… great customer service guys. I was a manager for 8 years and would never treat a customer this way, horrible inconvenience and poor customer service.won’t be returning here will goto Karingal instead or another fast food in the future

We regularly ordered at this Red Rooster but the last 3 times we've been the food has been terrible. Left some feedback never heard anything back from the company so they obviously don't care.

Bought a whole. Chicken with family size chips. Chicken was dry and chips were not hot, would not recommend this location based on todays experience.

Past 2 times I have been there service has been terrible. I had ordered red hot chicken piece and they had forgotten to add the red hot sauce. I took it back and asked them to replace it and they just threw the chicken out and put another piece without the sauce again.

The chips are hit and miss and I was served stone cold gravy today. The rippa tender rolls are really nice though

Not as as Mornington though.

I tried the spicy fried chicken, LOVED IT, but a word of warning, I really like spicy food, and this was borderline to hot for my partner. Service was really good, which makes a pleasant change from most QSR's.

Just ordered first time online. Never again. Firstly you have to wait 30mins, Forget items. Not worth the money. And it was cold. Chips soggy.

Received my Uber Eats deliver- was cold and the 1 piece fried chicken was a wing.very disappointed!

Visit today drive through great service. Young guy I think his name was Liam great guy very cherpy. BUT the food was shocking rooster roll dry no taste and no Mayo. Chips dry and tasted stail. 3 pieces of chicken dry as must have been cooked at least a few hours earlier, crunchy just about break your teeth on it and just warm. Absolutely disgusting. Wish I found this review Page before I threw it all out, could have taken some pics.

Online ordering was a waste of time, after waiting 15 minutes in the car for pick up, I went in to pick up my order, waited another ten minutes, then was advised they didn’t have roast chicken. Priority was givens to deliveries.
We were told it would be at least another twenty minute wait. We asked for a dessert to compensate for what ended up just short of an hour wait. Manager said no, we should have canceled the order. On the plus side the roast chicken was great, though fried was oily, chips a potatoes were soggy. Last time I will go to RR, especially no I know the owners Craveable Brands is Chinese owned.

Love their fried chicken, but the spicy fried chicken is just horrible. The hot sauce has that "manufactured" flavour and the chicken itself was INCREDIBLY oily - see the photo.

Disappointing food received. Mountains of salt in the chips and very dry chicken. Don’t think getting it delivered is a good idea.

I was gonna say there food was great, but recently staff has changed & the Spicey fried chicken is So 'Disgusting' I had to 'Return it', it made me sick (1 bite) The chips still are Soggy but normal "crunchy chicken " is not too bad! Buy Just a Full chicken. That's the best Value & taste pretty good too!

Okay, so, the food was good, it was great. No issues there. The only thing that struck me as odd was that they had no plates or cups for eat in. I was there with my small family and chose to dine in for a family meal and was a bit baffled by this. We ended up splitting the meal into the package boxes the food came in, and the young lady at the counter gave us empty gravy containers to pour our drinks into.
Very odd.
The staff were nice, and after a small mix up with our food order, the person (who I assumed was the manager) that sorted it was really cool and gave us free desert, so thank you, but the whole no plates thing, and eating out the boxes/off the tray was just abysmal.

Food was ok, nothing special but the young lady who served me at the dive thru was so nice. She was clear and polite and even asked me how my day was going which is unheard of in this industry, i let her know how special that was. I believe her name was heather?
