55Ordered online, chips were hard and cold, 2 choc lava cakes were super dry and inedible, the rest was decent but spending money of delivery afte (when was advertised for free) and reviving half of our order inedible is disappointing. Wanted to support a local business and order some dinner after working health care all week exhausted and I can't eat the dinner.
Wow, received delivery from a young Tomas who was an absolute gentlemen. Food was perfect, thanks red rooster!
The food is average but customer service is third grade. Don't dine in if you do bring your own plates, knives and forks cause they don't have any.
Always great friendly staff willing to chat. Great work, even opened 15 minutes early to accomadate me.
This is a very clean work place it's all you want in a fast chicken shop.you can eat in, You can take away, drive thru or get it delivered. If it's chicken you want then you'll find it here
Chicken was dried out and looked like had been siting there for ages. Coleslaw tub.half full. Chips.dry and cold.dirty store. Looks likes its been 'franchised'. #NeverAgain #DeathOfRedRooooter
Quality of the finished product is steadily decreasing, not to mention the quantity of servings is getting markedly smaller.seems to be what is happening in all fast food providers. 4 star because i love their chips.
Small portion sizes, incredibly salty and barelu palatable. Given this store a few timeds and every time had been far below expectations besides the kids' meals. Definitely won't be coming again.
The food is overpriced for what you get and the quarter chicken is equal to the size of a chicken wing from then local butcher. The food was extremely salty, even the burger! Would not recommend.
Red Rooster make nice food but had to wait quite awhile in here while Uber orders were prepared before the customers waiting in the store, there was delay in waiting to have order taken and then a lengthy delay waiting for order preparation. No mistakes were made with the order and the food was nice.
Have been a loyal customer to this store for many years, Lately they have been very small chics NOT HAPPY at $13
I don’t know if I’m just being a grumpy old man, but the chicken portions seem to have shrunken in recent years. Having said that, smaller BBQ chicken portion means a healthier me, so yay!
Average takeaway, however their chocolate moose from the fridge selection was the highlight, almost remenicent of the great one KFC used to have.
Consistantly good, the only Red Rooster I will eat at. Flavour is spot on.
Just keep up the good work and look after the staff the do a good job.
Poor delivery service. I have only ever ordered twice & both times it has taken over an hour to delivered. The chips were cold and soggy & they poured gravy all over it even though I didn't ask for it. Really disappointed that the quality of their customer service & food is so pathetic
