Fries had a weird taste, and even if the place was empty, they took a lot of time to make our order.

What a disappointed experience. The meals wasn't fresh.
The chicken, the chips and the gravy was old, from yesterday or something.
The texture of the gravy was gooey, the taste of the chicken was overcooked and fried more than twice.
Definitely I never ordered there. Is a Wasting of time and money

Map pin of the store does not match the address on the food delivery apps. Wasted quite a bit of time finding the store - what an unnecessary delay to the customer!

Got some chips & not hot, took them back & got more, tasted like been put in mirowave & terrible, if i hadnt left would have taken them back, Pick UP YOUR GAME RED ROOSTER

Waited over an hour for delivery just to get the driest piece of chicken, soggiest chips, and ripper burger with no sauce. No flavour on anything, and so so dry. I threw 90% of the order out (diet coke can for the win) and honestly, I'm so salty that my cheat meal for the week was wasted on this. And still starving at work. First and last time I bother buying from RR.

Nice meal friendly staff reasonable price ample parking but I wonder why I have hardly ever seen a customer in there

I never usually leave reviews however I felt like I had to after popping in. Red rooster is also good but the man working at the drive thru window was so happy and energetic it really made my day. Not sure his name but whatever he is getting paid he should be getting double. I hope he’s having a great day

Worst experience ever. Came to this place twice and telling me that I can't dine in even there is no restriction. Manager telling me to go outside in the cold weather to eat. Absolute joke. Head office please take note

The corn on the cob was impecable the vegetable medley was unlike any other and the bowl of peas was to die for the chicken on the other hand was ungodly it was dry as a boot the skin had the consistency of a wet wipe and was lacking in any amount of flavour.would come back for the bowl of peas

I had a very bad experience the worker's at red rooster Summer hill. Ordered popcorn chicken and got corn instead plus a Tropicana pack and ended up with a three piece feed which is an imitation of K. F. C the staff had no knowledge of the English language couldn't understand what the order was very disappointed with that will never ever go back there again I rate them minus ZERO.

I was fatigued as I drove home, fearing that I might fall asleep as I drove I dropped in and bought 10 cheesy nuggets and a can of coke which enabled me to get home safely

Ment to open at 9.00 got their at 10.00 and still had to wait 20 minutes for deep fryers to 'heat up' was a joke, couldnt even order chicken because it was an hour wait for the batter, do not go to this place. Avoid

I received a burned burger!
I am not sure why do they even have to pack without noticing it!
I was starving and ordered the food and I got a burned burger. I was disappointed ️

Fast and great service. They take a lot of care handling the food and the manger was very helpful and nice. I would definitely go back

Was not impressed.had pre ordered and paid for chickens on sunday.came to pick up the order only to be told another 20 mins of waiting as they were not ready on time we stated.then they were put into bags.chicken had not rested.we live in reservoir.by time we got chickens home.juices everywhere.seeped through to and covered and broke bags.to top it off one was cooked properly.found this very poor service.wont be using this place again.

Incredibly friendly manager, the jolliest employee I've ever encountered in fast food. Food is always piping hot and fresh and we never have to wait long to be served.

I cant believe how tight these people are at this store! I asked for extra mayo on my ripper sub and they had the nerve to charge me an extra 50cents for it! I told the lady I have NEVER been charged before and she just ignored me! To top it off the sub was cold! U make me sick! I will never go to red rooster again!
