Received order after 40 min for pickup and received cold food.
Not recommended.zero star.

Ordered through doordash, received on time but the food was pathetic! Buns were hard as stone and couldn’t eat that and chips were soggy and adding to this honey chicken was the most pathetic one with foul smell! Never gonna order again and I wont recommend to anyone!

At Red Roster, the chicken is delicious, perfectly roasted, and always fresh. The service is great, and the pineapple served with the chicken is a fantastic complement. Additionally, their mayonnaise is really good!

Waited for two hours to receive a text that order was cancelled and casually told, driver took the food. Who, by the way, was at his home enjoying the food when I called, saying his car broke down. Red rooster staff gave no solutions, as if it's common for them to take your money and have their company ripped off, Several distressing hours waiting after a hard days work. A very distressing experience indeed.

Amazing manager with amazing behaviour, gave me a box of free french fries while waiting for food

The food quality from this specific red rooster is honestly the worst one I’ve ever been too out of all fast food chains the food is never good I’ve given them 3 tries and everytime the chicken is over cooked and just filled with batter and the chips are terrible with no salt I will not return to this specific location ever again. If you want to save your money I suggest you do the same

Wasn't a great experience, waited to be served for almost 10 minutes. Not even so much as an acknowledgement. Decided to try elsewhere and glad we did there are plenty of quality alternatives in the area. Won't be rushing back to this place any time soon.

Did not have Coca-Cola Original, only artificial sweetened varieties, which I tried to consume when I was waiting for rest of the orders to be made, very slow work ethics was visually on display to all customers at that moment that I unfortunately chose to use this franchises food as my choice for my hunger to be met. One of the worst moments I have ever experienced as a customer, not one good reason to be satisfied within this stores environment

Have been in this place for a few times. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. The place could have been cleaner but can't expect too much from a fast food joint. The food was good and the time taken was reasonable.

Don't do it. Just don't.don't even think " oh maybe today's a good day" don't.do.it.

There was one other customer in the store when we came in but the girl behind the counter was completely losing her cool, it took 20 minutes for our food to come out and it was served to us by the cook because the girl had run away and left the counter unattended for 10 minutes. The food was cold and we both got food poisoning. The added flavour of one of the cooks handling food directly after coming inside from a smoke break was just a pleasure.

Ridiculously long wait (2mins means half an hour wait). Apologetic front staff, but the rude, unprofessional and unapologetic so called 'Supervisor'.

Although the website does mention traces of peanuts in all dishes (except garlic breadA), the supply chain itself is flawed. I recently went into anaphylactic shock and will not be dining at this or any other red rooster ever again.

No staff in uniform. Staff chatting amongst themselves. My and another customers order was being passed to the front counter and the staff member left our orders and went to the drive through window. About 5 minutes later someone else gave us our orders.
Very poor service and image.

Friendly staff good clean services and fresh foods, has been there since the late 90's so they must be doing something right.

First time getting Red Rooster and honestly it was very average. Very expensive for what I would consider lesser than KFC quality. Probably won’t bother getting it again

I ordered ordinary fried chicken in the drive-thru; the staff charged me higher than the usual price. It turned out they were 'spicy' fried chicken. For the record, when people order fried chicken, they do NOT always mean spicy ones.

Best chips around from the 4 popular chains. Nuggets are actual chicken not that creamy texture you get from some places using skin etc Chicken consistent Like other food chains you get a hit and miss sometimes on fresh hot warm Thumbs up great customer service

Sad to say, but I was very disappointed in my experience here today. We waited at the front counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Once I got the food, I bit into my riper roll, only to find out the chicken dry! I was too embarrassed to return my roll because I had already bitten into it. I'm not one to complain, but it was so dry that it was too tough to eat.
I'm not sure if I just came on a bad day but there was absolutely no professionalism at this establishment at all, none of the staff had uniforms, including staff at the back wearing a nikey jumper and the lady serving wearing blue high waisted jeans. I love Red Rooster, but I would recommend avoiding this one!

The young Asian girl was RUDE, and had altitude problem. Sunday 4pm, 27/3/2022

Went to have some lunch wasn’t busy poor service at drive thru didn’t ask what drink l wanted.stated is it okay if l give you 5 cent change? Asked how much for just burger and drink stated you already ordered terrible service unfriendly staff never going back
