Rooster roll was an abomination. Cold, mushy and tasteless. I was highly disappointed. Lady at the front counter was also very unapologetic. DO NOT RECOMMEND
During my stay i enjoyed a succulent chicken meal. The chicken was tender and juicy. Although i enjoyed the food with my girlfreind we saw a cockroach fly into the chips. DIdent really bother me but could bother others. Ill never get mad at some free protein.
Chicken seemed to be chicken so over all good feed.never seen another customer there though so must be a money laundering business
3rd time ive tried the Richmond store, ordered and got delivery BUT evvvvvverytime you order the fried pieces its full of wings or ribs!
Also every-time your order classic quarter, the box has a tiny handful of chips.come on guys, take some PRIDE in your work, think about the customer and management, start focusing on quality control and presentation.yes it might be fast food BUT be the best store you can be!
One time I saw a cockroach fly into the chip fryer. It was so funny. All good though, extra protein!
They hung up on me for calling and ordering food and I was speaking English and they said I was prank calling
I ordered online yesterday at 1121PM where the shop shows still open and will be closed at 12AM (see pic).
I put a note that I would be there in 15 mins (approximately).
I got there at 1143PM and found the store is dark and no one’s there ….
I got back to the store this morning to get refund but the staff was really rude and accused me for being late to pick up and I explained to him the situation i.e what time I ordered and what time I got there which is still within the time frame.
He then admitted that the store closed at 1130PM last night. Very unprofessional of him to make that accusation in the rude manner. I regretted that I ordered from this store. However, at the end he refunded which was the end of my business there with this particular store.

Ordered via the Red Rooster app to pick up at Red Rooster Richmond. The order went through and charged me.
Went arrived there to pick up just after 11pm (the app claimed we had until 11.55pm). The lights were already out (except the kitchen) and the two staff there unapologetically informed me that they had been closed since 10.30pm and that "they should not have let the order go through".
The individual at the counter claimed he would refund my money. He did not. Nothing worse than being messed around and being charged for it. It's like a double insult.
MASSIVE waste of time and now I have to chase a refund.
Is this how you treat your customers Red Rooster?

I AM ABSOLOUTLY DISGUSTED! I was eating my chicken and i saw an employee open the back door.i took a glance and i saw DEAD CHICKENS hanging from a metal rod in the back. I also saw live chickens getting slaughtered by a big old fat man.they where crying for there lifes. Even tho i was eating chicken i couldnt stand the sight of chickens dying.so i turned vegetarian!
Fast friendly and fresh service, with ample parking bays and professional packing. Delicious and hot servings, good sizing and mostly good value for money. Add ons become quite expensive. Avoid pick up at peak hour due to poor traffic flow on Swan Street traffic jam.

BUT RR have ditched pumpkin & carrots! Very disappointing as I really do not need more potato in my diet.
I was like wow, this place is open and it and igs 23: 55. Relived the rioster was open as there is not many alternatives to late night takeaway, its gotta be red.
Why even have an order system if you just cancel or just ignore orders? Two hours waiting and no sign of any delivery. An absolute joke of a business.

Bought their new crispy chicken last night (6: 58pm South Morang branch) as my sister who lives in Richmond told me to try it coz she knows how much I love crispy chicken. To be exact I bought 6 and coz I was too excited I tried my favourite part (leg) while driving and to be honest it is not good, actually it is worst as the chicken has an awful smell and really tastes old. To add up to my disappointment when I get back home and check the other parts, there were only 4, I paid for 6 but only got 5. Never coming back to this brach ever again. First time to buy from Red Rooster and this happen.
Made me wait an hour + for my order and then cancelled on me. They've wasted my time and now I have no food:)
Food was great, service was great, they took a little extra time but the food was super fresh as a result
