The crew are very helpful. Helped me pull up the order and finalise it as it wasn't working in the app

My online order was missing items but the girl staff at the counter was really nice and helpful

Ordered delivery a day ahead since I expected to have no time to get kids fed before bed and expected dependability from them. Half an hour before delivery I get a confirmation email and receipt. 10 minutes before delivery time I get a text from some mobile number saying my order has been modified or canceled and to call restaurant (no other info). Call the restaurant shortly after getting in and they know nothing of my order.

I will go out of my way to avoid Red Rooster in the future. It is one thing to mess up an order or something. It is a totally different thing to confirm, charge and then an order just.disappears.

Update: I have responded to the feedback form listed and received NO response. In addition, I have still not been issued a refund for food I never received.

Chips are fine. The rest was wet microwaved mush. Didn't eat it found something else.
Waste of money.

I do not recommend getting a feed from this red rooster in particular! I have been a few times (i shouldn’t have gone back after it being so terrible the first time) however, the buns literally taste and look stale and always slopped on i just recommend going to another red rooster!

The guys cooking were doing their very best to do the right thing but the person serving had a go at everything they did. Cringworthy to watch.

A guy named Oliver was very attentive when I thought I ordered delivery from Richmond, but I was in fact another store. He was so polite and said he would get back to me once he called the owner to find out the problem as they didn’t have my order on the system. Once I found out where I had ordered it from I called back straight away and let him know and apologised. The thing I really noticed with him was his customer service skills as he really tried to help me and didn’t try to get me off the phone. Fantastic customer service Oliver is a keeper.

Ordered for delivery through Menulog. Fried chicken was juicy though a little bland, mashed potato came with generous gravy, slaw was fresh, chips were freshly cooked also.

Ordered online and the delivery was fast and great. But come one guys. Someone in the store isnt doing their job properly. It can't be that hard. My order was wrong and desert didn't come with a spoon. I shouldn't have to make shift a spoon to eat a desert on a construction site.

Boss, your shop will be closed soon. Your employees are all people who don't want to go to work to chat, and guests will ignore them if they wait. Close the door early if you don't do it.

They got my order wrong. I didn’t have time to wait for another meal so I just ate it but it was terrible. It was the Spicy burger which is just dripping with sauce, so much that the bun just fell apart amongst the bland, crimson slop and they didn’t have the forward thinking to put a single napkin in the bag. The chips were actually pretty decent so I’ll give ‘em a point for that.

The service was, but the food quality was very poor. Presentation and not flavours at all, also the food was cool.

Do not eat there today quality is poor and I feel like I’ve ingested the result of poor food hygiene ie food poisoning. Small insect on my burger. Concerns have been reported to Red Rooster feedback on line and tried calling the store but no answer. Sorry to say but it’s important that no one else is at risk. And I’m not one to normally ever complain about anything even when I have been subjected to the result of what is essentially poor Quality Control or complete lack of.
Hope this brings a complete turnaround of the Red Rooster Food Product Offer and some real love is reignited into an otherwise historically good delicious fast food brand.
But not anymore and not for a while

Massive box that had only three small items in it.chicken tender was the size of my small finger.missing items from delivery order and they couldn't even refund me - at least have a system in place for when YOU mess up.

Very abusive and nasty manager.i feel sorry for the workers.food was quick and tasted great however.

I've found love in red rooster again and their customer service, food and fried chicken is amazing!

The team of boys working today is worst. My food was really late coz only one of them was working they are using their phones. I still keep on waiting for long although I have seen two customers going back without food.they just gossiping and having fun at the back

Fried chicken is crunchier and less oily than main competitor. Better value too

Getting busier. The word is getting around

Ordered from this store through UberEats 4 times over the last couple of weeks and 3 of those times there has been something large wrong with the order - something big is missing or my order is completely wrong. Not sure what's going on there with y'all but something needs to be fixed. This has only ever been a rare issue at other fast food places or restaurants, but it's way too common at this location.

There was this really big and lean asian guy and was quite good looking, wouldn't be surprised if he went on to be a model. However, I saw him spit in my burger, usually I would complain however this guy was so attractive it made the burger taste so much better. I highly recommend you use this guy on your advertising, he was so hot. I usually don't swing that way but this man is hottttttt. He should spit in the food more.
