Whist waiting to be served a senior staff member return via the front door to the kitchen and commenced a handle food without washing his hands or putting gloves on. Second visit instore the toilets were being pressure washed by a junior and senior staff member, a hazy mist of urine & poo particles filled the restaurant. I told the counter staff that neither of them are returning to the kitchen to handle food, are they!

Men's toilet out of order, disabled toilet filthy: stains on the toilet bowl, wet toilet paper all over the floor, broken flush mechanism, and a hand-washing basin that clearly had not been cleaned in months. Utterly disgusting, since it obviously had been that way for days or even weeks. I can only begin to imagine the standard of hygiene in the kitchen.

I informed the manager.

I stepped into this store and it is putrid dirty in the restaurant area. I thought I'd take my family to sit outside, don't bother its worse. It hasn't been hosed in months. The window sills are coated in thick dust and bugs. I cringe to be think what the cooking area looks like. If your hungry avoid this Red Rooster.

Love everything here. The staff are nice and the owner is nice. The place is well kept and the fridges keep the drinks nicely cold. The food is nice and yummy. My only request would be that they make their chips more crispy and less limp and soggy. The chips are a bit of a turn off. Some not cooked as well as others and some under cooked. I don't like the chips BUT everything else is SUPER YUM

What a complete rip off. Over priced for poor quality food. Menu's are faded and barley readable. Spending my money on locally owned businesses

Note to self NEVER NEVER NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! We were totally ignored by very sloth like male person who might have been a staff member as was standing behind counter. It was not busy and neither was the staff. Almost 5 minutes I stood there being ignored before I walk out and went to KFC. WASTE OF SPACE AND DIRTY LOOKING SHOP.

We often get deliveries from this particular Red Rooster, the food is always here on time and hot.

Have been into the store a few times and it always seems clean and the staff are polite and professional.

Understaffed for a public holiday! Waited forever in the drive through to receive chicken that was cold from not being cooked long enough!

Horrible service, found dead rat, chicken liver in my roast. They sell potatos that's burned, found flies in roll and it stinks.

Great food, great service, convienient location and they even home deliver. For excellent quality food and service come to this place or order online or over the phone

Friendly service. A cut above the rest. The manager remembers us everytime. Great food, they take pride in their product and very very rarely leave things like add on gravys, knives and forks and napkins out, unlike many other fast food chains. An always expending and changing menus are also great.
