Toilets were absolutely disgusting. Looks like they have never been cleaned.
If the toilets look like that then what does the kitchen look like…
Not good wnough!

Not my goto for a quick meal but I've had a good run here when I have bought rooter.
I'll definitely be coming back

Placed an order via Uber eats, they have me the wrong order. Placed a 2ND order via Uber eats and they have given me the wrong burger again. How hard is it to provide the correct food.

What a amazing dining experience! Served by the most polite, handsome, young folk which was a refreshing change. Food was delicious and the potato to gravy ratio is perfection. Keep up the good work you superstars

Absolutely worst meal in the whole of the world, we waited to long then received the wrong burger, I returned it I said it was the wrong burger yet they said it was the right one and I replied it looks nothing like what you advertise, it was also stone cold. I will be taking this further, they didnt even offer me a refund, i was not the only customerthat complainedwhile i was there either. PLEASE AVOID THIS RED ROOSTER EVERYONE! THERE ARE PLENTY OTHERS AROUND. Don't waste your time.

Food was hot. Friendly staff. Amenities could do with a facelift and some handyman help. Can't fault the staff or the food!

The manager refuse to make the order because of the app shut down (Although we paid and have the order confirmation)

Food was lovely and so wonderfully hot. But girl behind counter coughed into her hand 3 times that we saw and even rubbed her hair. No she never even wiped her hand on her clothes. Then served people.

Staff did not understand my request, burger and chips. Menu very hard to follow. Finally a box of chicken burger chicken piece, chips and with drink as requested $18 and once on train, and could not go back to them, found mash and gravy missing. Position of order desk next to train platforms, very noisy, very hard with communication. My first and only time I will purchase from this outlet.

Contacted red rooster at corio home-maker centre for an order of 3 roast chicken 4 boxes of crispy potatoes absolutely perfectly cooked and ready on time chicken golden colour was enjoyed all at family Christmas lunch very delicious.thank you staff at red rooster.merry Christmas.

Attended this store 06.11.22 and was served by a staff member called "Marli" - Marli was the most professional and courteous retail staffer we've ever met. Good food and friendly service. Thank you

One of the workers was vaping in front of customers absolutely disgusting since they are the ones handling our food. One of the female staff were so rude when we told her we were missing tenders on our rolls and we had no chips in our bag. When she asked to check our bag she was like "are they in the other bag" when we only received one bag, she was making us feel like liars when they can't do there job properly. They had staff come out to our car 3 times because they couldn't get it right the first time. And when they were giving us our chips they didn't put them in a bag they just gave all of them individually to us in the rain.

Every time we get the chicken wraps they are dry and Luke warm? Not nice! Full of salad and not much chicken!

Called to this store recently and was appalled at the state of the toilets, these were dirty and uncleaned for a long period of time. The food was disappointing at best but put off by the state of toilet and general uncleanliness of the store.if i could give less then one star i would

Always has a shortage of fried chicken, boss seems to think it's a joke when asked about it. Veryy slow service and poor management. Will stop going here now

Foods disgusting, workers are disgusting and extremely rude.about a few months ago maybe around may, I came and everyone was so lovely. I believe they may have some new workers which are not very nice.i used to come in all the time but now I refuse.food is very overated

Christmas Day lunch crazy busy with large orders. Still excellent polite service. Food was fresh, hot. Beyond expectations.

One of the better red rooster visits I've had. Chips were crisp and salty and the chicken role had decent amount of chicken. Service was quick and friendly and store was pretty clean which unfortunately is more than I can say for some other branches.

The manager here is lovely. He always makes everyone feel welcome and takes a lot of care with his orders. The food is always cooked wonderfully when he's there also.
