Good freshly fried chips. Onion rings nice and crispy. Chicken wraps are tasty and not just all salad like some places. A good low cost takeaway which we find to be consistently above average.

They always forget to put the potato and gravy in the $5 lunch meals. It's happened 3 times. It's not hard as there are only 3 items to remember. Told the boss and he just seemed to think it's a joke. No wonder no one is ever there. Burgers are way over priced as well. Stop ripping people off by leaving stuff out of the $5 meals.

Absolutely appalling, order for delivery last night at 9.20, close to closing, waited 30 mins and the status of the order didn't change it just said preparing, called the store to try and find out what's happened to my food. Got to a manager and they were no help at all they hadn't organised a driver to pick it up, which They asked if I wanted a refund which I replied with yes and its a day later haven't gotten my money back thanks for taking 60 dollars for nothing

Was fine as I was only one eating there. Tried out the crispy chicken not bad but kfc hot n spicy or jollibee if it ever comes here are better

I always enjoy food at this place as compared to other red roosters. My favourite is classic rippa

Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and at affordable price. Lovely management,  food and service and atmosphere, definitely hope to go back.

Decieving, on uber eat say, buy one get one free, but when you order it comes by it self, and my first and last order from red rooster

I don't know what it is about red rooster. I always enjoy the food, but when I'm finished, I immediately forget that it's there. Untill 12 months later, l stumble upon it again.

We are actually still waiting on sauces we ordered! Over an hour later, called store 3 times now and told it is on its way.so is hell freezing over! Food is cold for my daughter.even when we order in store.it's forgotten about. Atleast maccas never forget.

Your bacon gave me food poisoning. It was the only thing I had eaten all day, and ever since I ate it I've had intense abdominal pain and nausea.

It was either improperly cooked (or more like nuked in the microwave) or past its use by date.

Disgusting.

Friendly staff and premises were very clean when I visited. Service was quick and food was hot and didn't seem like it had been sitting around for ten minutes like in other fast food restaurants.

Always good. Would rather they start using free range chicken st minimum in the whole chicken sales.

Good menu for a quick bite. The service here has always been quick. The chips of late are tasting better than what they used to be.

2 days in a row the order was stuffed up. Asked for no cheese sauce on the bacon chicken loaded chips and they put it on. Was for my daughter who doesnt like the sauce. Needless to say she wasnt happy and neither am i. Over it. Use have lost a customer

Well there's a few issues that helped us decide not to go back. The deinks were luke warm from the fridge, and it was a balmy 33 degrees so was looking forward to a coldy. The corn, avoid it, it was a soggy wrinkled mess. The gravy was great, but had to ask for a spoon. The chips, as always, were perfect.

Got a flava wrap meal box. Chicken in wrap was cold, nuggets were cold and potato and gravy had n9 potato and was just luke warm. Heat the food!

Great store. Great food always hot. Store always clean. Great staff! Also great coffee's! Owner is always nice!

We ordered the $5 lunch special and though all the food in its self was good, our lunch special was no where near what was advertised in the picture. It literally came with 6 chips and non exsistant "potato" and gravy. The service was also below average as we were expected to eat two meals with just one knife and fork. There was also no straws in the dispenser and all their drinks in the fridge had all been banged up and dinted.

Would recommend paying the extra and simply getting a 1/4 And chips meals if you are looking for a for a filling lunch time meal.

Good and hard working staff! Owner was really very friendly and always show a good respect towards customers
