Worst people ever do not go there to eat the kitchen was a mess and they have bins where they cook and the staff is rude as hell

The manager is rude and is disrespectful to employees. And there is lack of communication amongst staff.

2 weeks ago order 2 chicken cheese and bacon burgers through the drive-thru they were Stone Cold at this time I realise that they were not kept in a warmer or make fresh they had to be put into a microwave but after you put it in the microwave you have to turn the microwave on that's how Stone Cold they were two weeks down the track ok back to the same Red Rooster ordered 2 chicken cheese and bacon burgers also told them what happened to weeks ago young lady that you're make sure they're hot I drove off within 2 blocks I was turned around and heading back to Red Rooster these two burgers we're just lukewarm probably colder than a baby's bottle where do I back to the drive-thru I spoke to a guy I told him what happened he took them away do either replace or reheat the only came to the window and apologized as this was going to take a little longer they asked me to park in the waiting bay the the young lady asked me if they were hot enough I just felt them pulled one out of the bag and ask her to feel the burger she apologized again and took them back in this time when they came back they were extremely hot too hot I had to let them cool down the buns turned into Rocks now I'm only guessing but there would have to be a set time for a chicken cheese and bacon burger to go into a microwave it doesn't sound like rocket signs. All credits for the young lady I think she was a bit embarrassed with the whole situation can't say that for the manager or the person heating the burgers I went back after my first experience which was miserable the second experience was even worse

Chicken was cold and dry they messed up my twice and still didn't get a good meal my dog didn't even want to eat the chicken

Good service, fresh chips.staff and Indian guys over the front counter are really helping and polite. Really love it

What really annoys me about Red Rooster is that they CANNOT follow order instructions. I would say across every order I’ve ever made at various restaurants, at least 60% have an element wrong. I ordered from this store and for the second time in a row they’ve given the third party delivery driver the wrong drink, despite a different one being selected in the app. Will note this is via two different providers, so can’t even blame them for sending the wrong info. I really don’t understand how hard it is to follow instructions.

Food overpriced, rude customer service, chips okay but chicken undercooked. Friendly delivery drivers. Avoid sunshine store and go to Deer Park, better service there.

V. Rude staff and that indian guys misbehave and abuse if we ask questions them about the order aftr a log wait

Very bad experience never ever go there. To much slow staff on drive way. Just wasted 30 To get 1 order.

I don't usually review fast food places properly, but this was exceptionally bad. Service was an utter zero, and it was slow as a snail.

Many other Red Roosters are better. Just go somewhere else if you are tempted to go here.

Had lunch there about an hour ago. Food was OK but. It's not OK when you're eating in to hear one of the female staff talking VERY loudly like she's having an argument and using profanities. We thought at first that she was having a problem with a customer but no, there was no one at the counter and the yelling kept going. Review all the Red Rooster staff there and at all stores. Honestly, we haven't had a 100% positive dining experience at any of the stores for a few years! Not happy!

My favourite of the fast food chains. Food is always delicious and always on time when delivered

The Indian lady at the counter lacked professionalism. No customer skills at all.should learn how to greet and speak courteously to customers. No complaints about the food which was good.

Typical red rooster store, they all do seem the same only friendliness of staff different, at this store we found staff welcoming polite and friendly, tasty food.

I love their Rippa roll. I quite like the seafood basket that’s available sometimes as well. And the Pineapple fritter is nice too.

Amazing real chickens, always fresh chips and nuggets!
The reason that i am giving 3 stars is the management.
Lady manager gave me the donuts without sauce, i mentioned the sauce she asked me if i wanted the sauce:) i guess thats why it’s called donut dippas:)

And she gave me half a chicken instead of my chips order.

No wonder why they are quite all the time despite all their good food!

This Red Rooster is generally quite good. However, there can be delays of up to 10 minutes while they prepare the food fresh.

Was feeling like red rooster all afternoon and out of 3 locations I chose Sunshine to get my dinner and man, it did not disappoint!
Manager Veena was so hospitable and friendly, she gave me great service and ensured all my food was fresh. Chips were hot and fresh and my wrap was so juicy and packed with food. Very yummy and filling.
Thanks Veena and the team at sunshine. Was very satisfied!

Not Great to be honest, food looked awful. Understaffed. Poor girl behind the counter was also doing drive through as well as serving people at the front. She was doing an amazing job though!

Bought a combo meal and thought it was all in the bag - drove off and they didnt put my drink in! Overpaid for nothing.
