I am a loyal customer of Red Rooster and this is the first time in 20 years that I have encountered such a rubbish shop. Your company is so disappointing to me!

HOT fried chicken is also leftover. After frying again, the skin is hard and bitter

I couldn't turn around in the car and didn't have time to come back. I threw it all away

It's a good store, I miss the old stuff tho, not really a fan of the new chicken. Place looks run down, no smiles from the workers, they talk with a monotone and as if you have offended them in a way, I don't know if it's because there over worked and tired or just speak that way.

Gave me the wrong order and only realised when I got home. Went back to get my order and weren’t the least bit apologetic. Terrible customer service. What a waste of time

Red rooster is ripping everyone off I got the smallest pieces of chicken in my meal
They are making the meals smaller but lifting the prices I will never go to red rooster again you criminals

Chips were brown and cold not like the normal chips we get that are just golden didn't eat them chicken was just OK a bit cold as well.

Absolutely terrible. The chicken did not taste good very fatty. Red Rooster has changed not the same as what I had it years ago. BTW so has all the takeaways like Macca's, Kentucky etc.

Their fried chicken is a must try.

Forget the gravy - it's too salty.

Great customer service friendly and helpful. The chicken roll however was very light on chicken.

Ordered through UBEREATS, fried chicken was dry and cooked in dark, old oil. Flavourless and was missing utensil which was requested on Ubereats note. Waste of money, prefer KFC over this.

We went there at the closing time, the staff was very patient in explaining the menu to take our orders. Really appreciate that and food was fresh, juicy and tasty. I'm happy about the whole experience.

Cold chips, over microwaved chicken roll, lacked filling and sauce. Crispy chicken was oily as all hell and no real flavour. Service was average, pleasant but average. Soft drink was flat, not the best store I've been to and left me thinking why would I go back

Fried chicken is great. However need to ask for fresh otherwise the chicken they give you has been out for a while and dry

Ordered 6 piece crispy fried chicken for $13.95. Very crispy but not enough flavour. Asked if I could request specific pieces. Was told that it would be randomly chosen. Received 4 breast, 1 thigh and 1 wing. Would have preferred thoughts and drumsticks.

I personally think the red rooster manager with the dope looking earings is the hardest working worker there and i feel like him and his team (with the chubby asian guy who works there) need to be paid more and these owners of red rooster needs to show more respect for thier subordinates as they wont be making any money without them show some respect red rooster owner

Zero stars for the food and the unprofessional and rude indian mannered manager who claims he is the owner of the business. It wasn’t a busy hour when I visited the place and the people in front of me are also complaining about their food. The indian was very harsh and swearing loudly at the back area that customers can hear it. I hope red rooster management would make an action towards this mans behaviour.

Zero stars if I could. Walked into the place and it was very dirty and when i asked for it to be cleaned i was directed to the manager and he said that they were very busy and told me to sit somewhere else. I also saw one of the employees pick their nose while they were serving people. Management is terrible and needs to re train employees and work on their customer service. Not to mention while i was eating i herd the manger degrade the employees, it was very humiliating for them and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never eat here again, this fast food joint is a joke, probably money laundering.

Please do not go at this store worst staff and service. 0 given for hygiene bin and kitchen are together not good don’t take your kids there please

All the rave atm is the Crunchy Fried Chicken.
It's better than the other chicken currently.

Do not g there people if you want to live with a good health. They have the most unhygienic kitchen ever. Bins are kept at the same place where they cook and it stinks

If i could i would give 0 stars and a thumbs down super mean managers doesn't pay new employers super rude and a really dirty place
