Drive through took way too long. Chicken was overcooked and basically inedible. This place is getting worse.

Ordered 10pc buttermilk wings and a 6pc spicy fried chicken was dry and salty. The only moist part was the thigh. Better off sell only that part. Happy Australia day!

The food was good but the woman with red dyed hair at the window was so rude. We clearly asked if we could have a certain piece of chicken for one of the orders as we were spending almost $50 in total and she looked so annoyed and then when we asked if we could have plastic spoons and a paper bag with the entire order she almost threw it out the window where you order from and slammed the window shut. Not professional and these were literally basic things we asked for. I have no idea how she got the job if she can’t use basic people skills.

I'm not saying I disliked it or that my ego needs encouragement to write about the 'state of our community'. But, I like to contribute. So Suzie me. Ummm, a lot of restaurants.their service is really bad. They are not competent. Don't want to be there. There's no honesty or proactivity. The burger was ok. The rooster roll is shrinking and the price is inflating. This is not a joke: if I have to review somewhere such as a restaurant, and it's negative- I am just going to stop. WE LIVE IN A COMMUNITY. WHERE IS THAT SPIRIT?

My burger had so much sauce on it the outside of the wrapper was even covered in it.
I had to use the bathroom, what a shock.
I don't know what was on the floor behind the door nor do I want to. It looks like it could do with a wash with a fire hose.
The toilet doesn't have a lock or handle on the back of the door so if you want privacy think twice, but then again you can jam the door closed but good luck getting it open.
Thank God I had my phone and my partner was there to rescue me.
I worked for RR many years ago when I was at school and it's a shame to see that you allow your so called restaurants look like such slum shelters.
Where are the health departments doing regular visits and head office standards?

Never experienced such slow service at a fast food chain. Perhaps it was a one off, but no way of knowing as no explanation was offered

Beautifully spoken lovely young lady served us in the drivethrough last night (Friday 14/10). She was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Food was hot and tasty, so we have no complaints.

We gave them an extra star for the pleasant drivethrough experience.

I wasn't happy stopping there floor was filthy shoes stuck every time u took a step. The Ripper has got so much smaller/even the chicken strip's in side it yeh not going back.

Toliet was clean but no toliet paper or a lock on the door so had to keep my foot on the door for privacy. Restaurant had been updated/renovated at some point, order took very long and the chips and gravy were lukewarm and I was the third customer.

Drive through pickup for $5 quarter chicken and chips and ordered another small chips. Chips were hot and the chicken was nice, however, we were only 1 of two cars in the parking lot and the chips took 15minutes to arrive!

Staff are hopeless kids who couldnt give a damn about customer service. Food quality is exceptionally bad as well. Long wait times. Waited 20 mins in the parking lot while my order was being prepared. There were no other customers. Got served really cold and stale chips. Took it back in and the feeble minded cashier that served me seemed dumbfounded and confused by my problem. He took my food in the back and i waited another 5-10 minutes while i watched a bunch of the other idiot teenager staff step on each others shoes because somehow thats entertaining. Got my chips and they tasted like they had been microwaved or refried. Never again. This red rooster absolutely sucks.

Took 5 minutes to take an order, definitely under staffed.
Not to mention the 25 minute wait for a small meal. I went inside to order because the 2 cars in the waiting bay were all hands up asking where there F&$king food was! LIFT YOUR GAME

Stale chicken, doesn’t worth the money I spent. I went for a large meal, but I only ate fries, rest I chucked in the bin. This was my second visit to this franchise of Red Rooster. Such a waste of money. Big No to this franchise of Red rooster! Never gonna come here again.

My favorite place for sunday morning. They always cook on your order so the wait is a bit longer but the food is 5 stars.

Been coming here for 30 years now. It’s had its ups and downs throughout management changes. Always a fan of the hot food available at red rooster over the cold tripe served elsewhere. Currently there is room for improvement here, it’s not what it’s been in the past.

Ordered Fried pack and more, We were just 2 on the que but it took us long time to order, in addition it took us again long time for the order to be prepared, got the order after long wait then realized that they dont have cups for the 1.25L of coke - we ate the food and have to take home 1.25 litres of coke, no drinking at all and have to use one container for the salad and mashed potato

A disgrace franchisee to Red Rooster. This business is on the verge of collapsing. Haven’t been to Red Rooster for 10 years, I thought I gave another try on the new menu, the Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken. Bought only 6 pieces, but the staff gave 3 out of 6 are the small tiny pieces of chicken. This is a business which is trying to survive by cutting cost, including the size of the chicken. The restaurant place is run down, unattended and uncleaned. Staff were unprofessional and sometimes confused when I walked in to the counter. He looked shocked and walked back to the kitchen and called other staff to come out and take my order instead. No apologies.

Worst experience ever. Service was slow, meal was cold and they kept forgetting stuff a d meandering back to complete the order. Very expensive to boot. Not returning

Mum & l intended to have lunch at Red Rooster Sunshine, we wasted one of our wipes cleaning the table before leaving, the aircon was so cold and the music was so loud we had to take our food home. By the time we got home the chips and potato & gravy were cold, but we both really liked our chicken, Mum had roast chicken and l had the new spicy ckicken it was so yum and both of us really loved the crumbed pineapple.

I ordered nuggets on Ubereats, they came old, hard and very dark colour. It wasn’t edible, I had to throw it away. A few times I came in to order the girl that served me was very rude, she rushed me and giving me an annoyed face. Very bad customer service.one time I came in and the manager was very rude when asking what drink I wanted in my meal. Do better for your customers, will not come back because of how rude the staff were.
