Have always been happy with there staff n food including driveway unlike others ive tried.recomend this store the best in area.
There's usually a small wait, but it's extremely rare for your order to be incorrect or a long wait. They are very quick to chuck in a freebie without any sort of prompting if a longer than normal wait has occurred. They know how to satisfy a customer.
Plastic straws no longer used here but no alternative is available. You have to trust that the top of the drink can is clean. They still use disposable plastic cutlery though. Bit hypocritical.
When your staff are a bunch of 16 year old kids, your meal is gonna have problems. Waste of time and fuel having to go back.still hungry
Very disappointed after my partner found plastic in her blt smash and after emailing the store manager very little has been done about it.

Every Drive-thru has been great, they're happy to crack a joke every now and then and quality never changes. Great long running staff makes a faithful customer.
Once again I’m left disappointed and hungry. Red rooster has always been my favourite fast food restaurant but the food service has really gone down hill in the last few years. Ordered a simple large chips and small gravy for my drive home and my gravy had some lovely discoloured lumps and my chips are barely warm and undercooked. A real waste of time and money
Very friendly staff. Heaps of parking using the public carpark. Store is not massive but big enough for those who choose to eat in. They ran out of full chicken last week so that was a bit annoying.
Red Rooster, in my opinion, would have to be the best take away chicken you can get! The seasoning on the chicken is always so yum! We can't forget about the stuffing either, it may actually be too good.
Always friendly staff when I have been. Yes the pricing of Red Rooster may be higher than other fast food outlets but the quality compensates that.
They have kids meals and meal deals.
Bought red rppster roll. Bun was so soggy ot all fell apart. Tpo much mayp. Chips undercooked. Woll never go there again
Ordered the chicken loaded fries it said large chips but it was the smallest amount and for the chicken it's like there was none it was less than what you would get in one wing I would rate a 0 star if possible
