Friendly and efficient staff. Enjoyable tasty food, nice and hot. Fairly good value for money. Restaurant could use a freshen up and a good clean but overall pleasant enough. Will visit again with promotions and deals being a good draw card.

It's such a great place for hot food when it's not busy. If it is busy, you wait a very long time for old mildly warm unsalted chips and warm burgers. Drinks are at least cold. Service all depends on the staff at the time. Some are nice, and some are really unprofessional.

I dined here on Friday the 18th just before close at midnight and the service was absolutely quality, the best service (and food) I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant. The food and service from one individual specifically impressed me so much that I had to personally thank, and ask for the name of the employee who handled me. His name was Tyler, and I want to applaud him in particular, this is by far the nicest, most professional, and respectful individual I’ve ever been served by at a fast food restaurant, and would genuinely go as far as to say out of any restaurant I’ve been to. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves within the staff, he deserves a raise!

Food cold, pineapple fritter 1 in box should have been 2 and staff where more interested in talking about their own lives than serving people with nice hot food, I had to reheat my food in the microwave to warm it up, it has been like this the last 4 times I've been to this store, very disappointing it was a great store but not anymore

All thing crispy chicken - are very good, texture & flavor but they are very salty
Please bring back previous version of slaw in which cooked eggs or yolks were in the recipe i believe

I don't know what is up with the training in this place. 3/5 times I don't get what I order. I have called them a few times about this but it keeps happening. I have to check each time what is in the bag just to make sure when picking up. Unfortunately it happens with deliveries as well.

Best service I have every received from any fast food joint. Great team. Everyone has been very friendly, polite and effective.

Red fried chicken is addictive.

Young man with the glasses was extremely efficient and looked more relaxed and calm through the fast rush.very pleasant to watch.

Legitimately some of the best fried chicken I've had, and for cheap fast food prices! Staff are also very nature and friendly, have come to this place multiple times and will continue to come.

Restaurant was empty and I ordered there red hot chicken they took 20 mints to give to me no one was giving me right answer how much time really disappointing service bad service 0 star for this red rooster

Waste of my time and money

An absolute embarrassment. Come home from getting $40 worth of food which is literally 3 rolls and 2 chips and the rolls have about 4 bits of chicken in them EACH and it looks like the rolls have been stomped on. I would post photos to prove this but i can’t for some reason. Tried calling up to complain so i can get a refund or the food replaced because it looks like dog food but no answer?

- Vegetables Serving for MEALS are TINY.
- Service PAINFULLY slow.
- Staff Attitudes are HORRIBLE.
- CANNOT COOK CHIPS OR VEGETABLES TO SAVE THEIR LIVES = ALWAYS UNDERCOOKED!
- ALWAYS A ISSUE IN SOME WAY OR ANOTHER!

Problems START from HEAD MANAGEMENT right down to Serving Staff.

MANAGEMENT AND HEAD OFFICE DO NOT CARE AND TELL YOU TO UPGRADE MEALS. When OTHER RED ROOSTERS do NOT sell HALF EMPTY ROAST PACKS like FTG!

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND BUY CHICKEN AND SALADS FROM THE SUPERMARKET - Chickens there are Better, Fresher, Bigger & you get MORE FOR YOUR MONEY.

The email from "Management" just adds INSULT TO INJURY & proof of SHRINKFLATION at its FINEST!

It is ALL about MORE PROFIT FOR THEM - NOT VALUE FOR MONEY OR EVEN QUALITY for PAYING CUSTOMERS!

Poor service, in drive through for 15mins

There was 4 teen staff members just useless.
Their manager looked panicked and should be fired.

We got home and they forgot all our chips.tried to give benifit of doubt.

But they are actually useless.work ethic has gone out the window on next generation.

Food was great! Flayva wrap and cheesy nugs. Very busy but team working hard. Bathrooms needed attention

Unfortunately tonight will be our last time getting red rooster Ferntree Gully for dinner
We get it delivered through Uber eats as a treat and like always there are things missing
Staff were quick to replace iteams but no refund on extra dollars spent on having it delivered and me having to go back to get the rest not even an apology was given
Very disappointed as our order wasn’t that difficult
And when I got there it wasn’t busy at all 1 Uber driver waiting no one in drive through and 6+ staff

Visited the store for lunch on 13 August and waited for the three staff out the back to serve me as I stood at the counter. The female staff member at the back looked at me twice and continued her conversation. After waiting a number of minutes with no acknowledgement or even a note to say ‘I will be with you in a minute’. When the female staff member looked at me a third time I told her not to worry and left the store. Unfortunately, due to this experience and lack of customer service, I will not be visiting this store again.

Everytime I order anything from this place they get orders wrong.

Don't buy from here.

Useless never go to this red rooster they will 100% stuff your order, they all need to go back to school and learn how to listen!
