rebel Highpoint reviews
69I placed a click and collect order and it was ready the next day. The staff even offered to bring it out to my car.
Staff are very helpful, I placed an online order for a mother's Day gift which was not in stock and I had no problem exchanging twice to get the job done
Great service from Simon in footwear. He was so helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and gave great advice. He is a legend!
Its like any other rebel sport with stuff mostly thrown about in wrong shelves and ares, most prices missing and staff giving off a very unfriendly vibe with giving off bad looks when approaching for help. Such a shame when staff seem more interested in gossip amongst themselves than sort out merchandise and help customers who mostly looked lost.
My 5 yr old son didn't want to try on any new runners, staff were very patient and let me get him to try them on in his own time, no pressure.
It has 2 storeys of sporting goods.
First floor is where I usually go and shop for weight training items.
I wanted to buy a punching bag but was faced with the conundrum of being able to get it off the rack and over to the counter (extremely heavy). I went to one of the staff and said I'd like to buy a punching bag. Can I get some help moving it? ' The answer was 'sorry, can't help you. ' I said 'It's just that it's very heavy'. Reaponse: 'yes, it's very heavy' *eye roll*.
Disgusting service all in all. Do yourself a favour and buy online.
Customer service was a bit lack luster but then against covid19 and everyone wants to keep their distance.
Very disappointed by service from the manager today. Went in to purchase an under armour jumper I saw on sale last night that expressly said it was available on sale until 25/05/20. They informed me they decided to take it off sale due to it being popular? Furthermore, I am a rebel active member and have been consistently spending more money - that will change now. Asked if they could honour the deal and was bluntly told to take it to “head office”.
A decent selection of sporting goods & sportswear available. Prices are comparable to similar shops.
Waited for 25 minutes on the phone first time for just a transfer upstairs. Called second time because no one bothered to pick up and was on hold for another 15 minutes. Was going to spend about $150 on boxing equipment. Now I know not worth it. Will be shopping somewhere else due to the lack of bother.
Huge range compared to other rebel stores. If there is something you are looking for, check online first to save you a trip.
I've found what I was looking for always seems to be available at this particular store. You can park right by the entrance to the store, making exercise equipment easy to pickup if needed.
Great product range and friendly, visible staff. Store is neat and tidy and easy to get around.
I have just been shopping at Rebel Sport Highpoint buying my teenage daughter footy boots. I asked to put the footy boots and sweater on hold so that I can come back and pick them up on away out. The pick up turned into a nightmare and absolutely terrible insulting customer service. My children asked customer services by the name of Claire as we know it, to provide them with items that were our on hold. She directed them to go upstairs to another area eventhough they insisted we left them in the area right behind her. She didn’t even bother looking and made them go upstairs so that she can continue talking on the phone. When I showed up after 20 minutes of search, she was back on the phone. As it turned out our items were there, and Claire didn’t even acknowledge us when we came back. Another customer service person serviced us then. I complained to her (Claire) about her customer service and her not making an effort to even looking in the carbet behind her or help other staff whilst they were frantically looking. Claire persisted to be rude to me and said: You are so immature! Now that is the worst customer service by far that I have ever had. I am 45 years with two teenage kids. Not only was she rude, lazy with no customer service she insulted me as a customers. I would accepted much more from Rebel sport.
The store is just huge, has everything you need and more. Great range of shoes and clothes with friendly staff
Pleasing shopping experience at this Highpoint outlet. The things on display were all laid out nice and big. We liked the display of NRL and AFL merchandise best.
Good store and friendly staff. I walked past the runners section and got asked if I needed any help. I do find it a bit strange that no Rebel store store sells any t-back singlets for men.
Good specials and great range. Football and team clothing is all upstairs so don't miss going up there on your visit.
Called to double check if they sell body board leashes separately. Over the course of 15 minutes I was put through to 4-5 different people, who put me back on hold to look for it in the store. It led to an amusing image of a bunch of people searching high and low for body board leashes in the store but more than likely I was hand-balled around and forgotten.
People were nice enough but yeah I wouldn't call them unless you like the holding music.
I needed running shoes and I wanted to talk to someone that would be able to direct me towards the right shoe.
They had a running specialist, John h. I highly recommend talking to him if you have any questions about running or the right kind of shoe for your foot!
