I came into the newly renovated store today (15.03.22) and I had the greatest experience!

I was searching for a new tennis racquet and I was assisted by Grace and Nicholas, who both shared their wealth of knowledge in the sport. They were extremely patient and genuinely wanted to help me find the best racquet that was tailored to me. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more, so thank you!

In addition to this, the whole team was super friendly, and I felt really comfortable throughout my time in there from the beginning until the moment I left. The store was well presented and there is a positive ambience inside which is also great. They also have a mini basketball court, soccer room, and a PlayStation! I would definitely recommend shopping here, 10/10!

I walked into the new store last night with the intention of buying a new pair of runners. I was very impressed with the layout of the store and felt excited that Highpoint had such a nice Rebel store in a prime location.
But regarding the service it leaves a lot to be desired. I walked down to the women's section where they sell the runners and I stood and waited as there were 4 young men talking together and not one of them asked if they could help me. I had to end up asking one of them after standing and waiting for a bit with no other customers in site if they could direct me to the ladies Brooks runners. Not one of the boys moved or looked my way I had to go over and ask. The guy turned around and pointed to where the runners were and then continued to chat with the other guys. They offered no service at all. So with that happening I turned around and left the store without purchasing a thing. I walked into the store with the intention of purchasing new runners and as I received not even a can I help you I left with nothing and will now go elsewhere. Very Very Disappointing service.

An excellent range of womens' exercise clothing in my larger size of 14.
The other smaller rebel stores such as Watergardens offered smaller sizes such as 8 and 10.limit often 10 or 12, which was annoying.

Just want to acknowledge the kind, considerate and amazing customer Service that Doreena showed as i came in to purchase soccer uniforms for our team! She was very helpful and patient! As well to the Manager in charge. Much appreciated!

Worst customer service and they never care about the customers. I just wasted my one pair of shoes ‘cause of their careless behaviour

Ordered some shoes for click and collect they rang me within a hour to say they only could find one pair I wanted Monique then found my second set at another store for me to collect Monique was a pleasure to deal with it

Superb service provided by Joshua to us today. Store was very busy but he served us with utmost patience and professionalism, helped me try so many different shoes and gave suggestions which were helpful. Kudos to Joshua!

Lots of shoppers but even so the staff were very helpful. Black Friday is not a day for relaxed shopping or parking, still pleased I got the trainers I needed.

Customer service was shocking I asked if that a certain item in store they told me they had none in stock I went online they said they had in-stock so I asked them again an they were persistent that haven't got it in stock. I showed them my phone that online said you had it in stock they went to have a proper look an found the item. Highpoint rebel you have very lazy staff.

Great place to shop for sports goods. Staff were very helpful when we asked for help. We bought the product we were shown. Go and see for yourself.

I came wanting to buy myself some leggings for winter and I was so tired of being disrespected at other stores.

I was so moved and thankful for Grace's sensational work and her professionalism!

I even told her she understands me FAR MORE than my mother does. I came in twice and on both occasions, Grace exceeded my expectations and went far far far beyond her duty to look after me!

I would like to thank Rebel Sport Highpoint for employing such wonderful staff members that are caring, kind, patient and compassionate!
