I was looking for a new pair of shoes and was served by Marko. He was extremely attentive and went beyond to make sure I got a pair that was a good fit for me, also was very friendly and made my shop so easy. Hope he is recognised!

Staff here are friendly and have more knowledge about Garmin watches than staff at Stockland Point Cook Shopping Centre. Highly recommend this store. Transaction was quick, easy, and smooth. Well done

Great store, huge variety of stocks. Kids loves the built-in soccer and basketball playground.

The new shop is bigger and has more options especially in women's sporting clothing sections.

This review is for the staff. Actually it's about Christine (brown curly haired lady working in the front change room and womens clothing area on Sunday morning 29/1.
Whatever she is getting paid, she deserves more. I have not had the level of customer service that she gave me in years and even then I can count it on one hand. Coming from a retail management background, I can be pretty fussy when it comes to customer service level, engaging the customer etc, this woman is worth at least 3 'normal' staff. I hadn't been into Rebel since the renos and couldn't find anything I had already looked at on the webstore, she walked around and found each of the items with me, that were in stock, even though she seemed to be responsible for both the changerooms and the whole womens area on her own (more on that below). She was friendly, asked me the styles I was looking for, checked on me in the changerooms to assist me with deciding and was an absolute breath of fresh air.
If she wants to be in management, get her there before she leaves. If she doesn't, just do whatever you can to keep that asset in your store as without her, the product choices and store layout was so ridiculously larger and all over the place that I probably wouldn't have ended up finding anything I wanted and would've just gone to another store. Instead I purchased a top and pants and in the end shoes as well.
So anyway, thank you Christine, your customer service level was amazing and was valued by me:)
Regarding the man in the womens shoes area, I felt really bad for him as he was on his own, using the headset to communicate with other staff, having so many people around him. He did awesome considering what he was working with.but it shouldn't be like this. Retail work shouldn't mean doing your best because they keep culling staffing. It doesn't provide the opportunity for staff to be their best and doesn't provide the opportunity for customers to receive the best level of service, no matter what upper management may say.
1 person for a whole area at the end of a sale period is just not cool.
Layout I found very confusing in the womens area, things are split by brand but there's a lack of signage to find the brands themselves and then once you've found the brands, the tags sews into the clothing (eg.tights) dont always corespond to the titles on the webstore, which makes it very confusing to find particular items. Also split by brand means you're walking everywhere to view all the options in a category. This is great where people shop by brand and maybe that's your customer base, but it's horrible if you don't have a strong brand preference and want to browse.

Now back to Christine:), after leaving the store and meeting up with my partner elsewhere in the shopping centre, I started telling him about my experience and he stopped me and described what she looked like. Turned out he had noticed her open and friendly communication when he was in the store as well, just in passing. If you don't even need to speak to someone and yet recollect what you thought when you saw them in passing, you know how awesome they are!

The most inexperienced staff horrible experience to have to drive out back to the store that gave me 2 different sizes for a pair of shoes purchased. Couldn’t even check that they’re giving me 2 left shoes. I travel an hour to come correct their incompetence and I’m asked to wait in a queue instead of an apology and trying to help make things better. The attitude is beyond appalling

Went into the store to buy a tennis racquet and had the utmost pleasure of having Grace help me find one. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with what type of racquet would best suit me. There aren't enough people in customer service like Grace. Please pass on my best regards to her as she deserves a pay rise!

Great store layout. Unfortunately didn't have the shoes my son was looking for but customer service was good also.

Great experience at Rebel highpoint today. Bought some great runners - thanks to Josh’s help (and patience). All round friendly environment including Anastasia at the payment counter.

Went and got the new fifa world cup shoes the customer service was amazing got to try on the shoes also kick the ball really great place thank you well worth the travel from goldcoast

I took my young daughter in to buy heelys and was served by Olivia b. Olivia was extra friendly and super helpful, dropping what she was doing to help and related very well to her, she helped her try her shoes on and was brilliant. She was also absolutely gorgeous. I hope the boss makes sure she gets extra shifts as she's an asset to the business

This store needs a new manager and the company needs a new area manager. So many customer service problems with staff ignoring customers and taking too long to do simple tasks. This is not a good store it's not even ok. The service is so bad I am now shopping elsewhere online so I never have to deal with this company again. Sack everyone none are good.

We went last weekend to buy a shoes and we were browsing a smart watches, and manager send one tall guy to help us, this guy has no idea about customer service at all and to be honest he was answering question so cold that we felt he is racist or not happy to help us, if you are not happy to help customer it is good to choose different job

Came to purchase a badminton racket and was surprised by the range and quality of customer service by everyone. From jake helping me choose a perfect racket to Caitlyn's amazing friendly service at the checkout, highly recommend the store and it's cool people and vibes making sport shopping fun and easy ️

Huge store with a lot of sporting equipment. Unfortunately didn't have a yellow size 1 sherrin or small precision sherrin I was looking for

New store might be flash with its own basketball court and futsal field but it’s the still the same staff with no service skills whatsoever. Not one of the abundant and wandering staff offered me help to find a product nor did they even offer a greeting. Too busy talking amongst themselves
