I trusted the agents with the keys to my property to do inspections while I was out visiting family in the country. When I got back I could tell things were moved and not in their place, I asked my neighbours and surely enough was told there was a party on the weekend at my house! All I wanted is a similar price for what similar properties have been selling in my street, owner labelled me as greedy and irresponsible when I didn't want to accept a offer of 47k below market, very bitter taste in my mouth
