Fast, efficient and friendly!
My recent experience looking and applying for a rental property with Ray White Cheltenham was fantastic! The team were fast, efficient and friendly in processing my application, I highly recommend the Cheltenham team to any one looking for a rental property, 10 outta 10!

Been renting with Ray White Cheltenham for 6 months now and I can say it was one of the best choices I have ever made. Tara who is my property manager has looked after me very well every step of the way. She has been very professional since day one and transparent with the whole process. Whenever I have had an issue with the property she has always been very helpful and responsive to find a solution for the problem, as she will go above and beyond to get it fixed. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone who wants a warm and professional experience as I have had.

Barbara and I could not fault Kevin's knowledge of the market and how to get the best out of a property as well as his enthusiasm, he also kept us well informed all the way through and would highly recommend him to be your agent when selling your property.

Grear experience and professional level
We had a great experience with Kevin and his team in RayWhite supporting the purchase of the house. The responses to all our requests were quick and accurate, we were able to organise inspections earlier and agreed on the sale conditions within a day. The communication was professional, respectful, all agreements were met and also he was easy to deal with unlike other more senior agents on the market.

Our property manager Suzanne Younes has been taking care of us now for a year and nothing is ever to small or inconvenient for her to help us with. I know Suzanne has many clients but she makes us feel that we are her only ones. I could not recommend her high enough.

Fantastic experience dealing with experienced professionals.
From start to finish we had an exceptional experience with Kevin and the Ray White team. From the initial consultation at our home all the way to the auction we couldn't have been happier with the outstanding service we received. Kevin's knowledge of the market is extensive and with the large data base of potential clients and his fantastic team we felt very well taken care of. Their marketing is slick and professional and we loved our photos, brochures and ad. Their communication is brilliant and we were kept up to date on a nearly daily basis as to where we were at with the campaign which was so reassuring. Angela's performance was not only met but exceeded!
We felt that Angela's knowledge of and connection to the current market indicated that she worked hard at staying on top of current trends. Her attention to us, as the seller, was always friendly and professional, never demanding or invading of our privacy. In the lead up to our on-line auction, Angela ensured we knew how the process would evolve and on auction day every expectation we had of Angela's performance was not only met but exceeded.

Enquired about a property to rent and I also own a property that I wanted to rent out. Filled out an application but wanted to chat to someone about both renting out my property and an inspection of the property I wanted to move too. Emailed and never heard back, emailed 3-4 more times and called and left messages but never heard back. Filled out an application online to which I kept getting automated responses to, but nobody seemed to want to actually speak or help. Was willing to pay deposit/bond straight away and give them further business but got donuts! Never write reviews but this was such a poor experience that I want to make sure landlords know they are probably missing out on potential business for you.

Kevin is a true professional who goes above and beyond, He would make sure i will achieve the best price the market is willing to pay for my property. His service levels throughout the selling experience was superior and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Our auction was conducted by the amazing Mr Kevin Chokshi who worked his magic with the crowd, with his professionalism and his passion to get the best outcome for us. From our first meeting and conversations, we knew that we were on the same page, had the same vision for the property and that it needed to be transformed before it was ready for auction. Kevin was able to provide us with all the tradespeople who could help us achieve what we needed to do with the property. All of them were on the same page with us and saw what we had in mind, came on time and did a great job. We became a team with the same purpose. A wonderful experience to be able to do that. We put our trust in Kevin and his team and were impressed by how proactive they were, how we were kept up to date at all times and the way, even in Covid times, our marketing campaign progressed exceptionally well. A highly effective and professional agent
I contacted Angela Limanis 12 months before final decision to put my unit in Elwood to the market, that was before the COVID-19. This allowed me to get to know Angela. When the unit was ready, Angela and I had a number of exchanges over the phone to work out agreed terms. Throughout the sale process, Angela provided me with honest assessment of the market, marketing strategies, and updates of all inspections. Angela took on my ideas very seriously. Angela’s team member, Dylan Jansma, was most helpful in moving forward the fast process of sale and after sale service in communication with purchaser. They visited me after the settlement, that was a real surprise! Angela always returned my call within 24 hours. The sale was well executed with attention to details. I commend Angela Limanis and her team of Ray White Real Estate agent to those sellers who know what they want!

First class from start to finish!
If you want to remove any doubts or concerns as to the level of effort and how diligent your real estate agent will be with prospective buyers then Kevin’s your man. A Great relationship was formed over a number of years and the follow up with me remained consistent. This gave me the confidence to know that his follow up with customers would be just as diligent. It was a smooth selling process with continual communication throughout the campaign which again provided the confidence that Kevin and his team were doing everything in their power to help us get the best result. He was a great auctioneer also!
