Let me start off by saying that I’m so glad Eleni has taken over as property manager at our unit we are renting. Eleni called us on her first day and introduced herself and we let her know of some of the issues we were having with property maintenance. Within one week trades were organised and all issues fixed we were amazed! Eleni is a superstar. What took months with our previous PM was sorted over night! Highy, highly recommend Dylan for anyone selling. Where do I begin? Finding Dylan was like a God-send. Brittany Traynor is the delightful young lady assigned to look after the property I rent through Ray White, in Centre Dandenong Road, Dingley.
Brittany is always available to talk to if I had an issue with the property. Always polite, takes immediate action and is efficient and thorough with her regular property inspection.

I have rented countless places and she is the only property manager that is responsive and genuinely works for both the tenants and landlord's needs. I know if I need anything, she is contactable and a resolution is usually quick. Even the application process was so easy. She kept me up to date so I knew where my agonising was in the prices. I figured all real estate agents were the same and not to expect much as a renter. I can honestly say that I have been forever changed in my thinking now and will only go through Ray White Cheltenham for not only renting but eventually when I buy.
