Rainbow Nails

Walked out a little sad to be honest! Good job with the nails but not very nice and approachable stuff. She was impatient and did not ask me how I wanted my nails filed or what color I want she assumed I wanted white french and when I told her what shape I wanted she seemed annoyed! It was a strange experience. When I told the manager he said that's the way the woman are from that country, they come across as mean, even with him! He said he'll train them to be more polite. I hope so, because that was ridiculous!

I decided to try this place because it is cheaper than the one i use. The results was ok for 10 days. My nails look terrible now, the shiny layer is peeling and blobbing. I prefer to pay a bit more but have s result that last 3 to 4 weeks instead.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, all staff was incredibly rude, unhelpful and plain mean to customers.the lady was pulling my hands, shouted at me to not touch my nails, asked me 'how am i supposed to do coffin shape when you want them short? '. It was my first time there and i was demanded to pay before she finished them, never was i asked if the shape or color was what i wanted.i would advise everyone to avoid, i will never be going back there again.

Received a gift voucher and first time exprience was good. Have been back a further 2 times and not overly happy with the workmanship. Shellac chipped within 2 days. Thought id give them another go and again not overly joyed regarding the quality of work. I felt rushed and paid for a manicure which i felt was quickly skimmed over (& tips with sns $60) the length despite advising her to file particular nails down- she kept insisting she'd do it later. Well.later came and went AND no filing. I had to ask for hand moisturizer as she didn't even bother to finish the job off with that! Its like a production line. Always busy and they dont 'care to listen' to what the client wants. Workmanship is rushed i feel. Customer next to me too expressed her disappointment. Not sure I'd go back.

Useless, will never go again, $35 nailpaint last only 2 days and they have very rude customer service, waste of money and time

I have been going there for awhile but every time one or the other thing. Last time i visited them, dolled up lady at reception likely manage very rude and inconsiderate. I wanted to show her nail color online and do something similar but without having a look she said i cannot help you if you don't choose color from here, when i was trying to choose a color she was impatient and unhelpful. I didn't want to have any argument with her as i was there to do my nails and feel good not to spoil my day. For sure Im not returning back.i don't recommend to anyone at all.

Rude customer service at the Plenty Valley store Westfield.had nails done, went back 2 days afterwards to get nails shortened, was charged another $10.never going back! They have lost a loyal customer! And they don’t even have a Facebook page to review, cos they know they will receive a lot of bad reviews.

My nails have never looked so good in my life! It is a guilty pleasure.but I love getting my nails done. Definitely worth the money I spent and the receptionist Cassandra had some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Definetly will return.

Honestly, first time i went for acrylics.it was the best nail job id ever had.went a couple days ago for the third time.the lady was completely distracted, was on the phone.left my nails crooked and cut me multiple times.so disappointed.not worth $50

I have going to Rainbow Nails Plenty Valley for nearly 7 years now.
I never have to make appointments I just walk in. The staff are all great.

I have used their waxing services as well as regular manicures, pedicures getting Shellac or SNS.

I highly recommend them.

I have gone here a number of times and been happy. Today I took my daughter. I was very disappointed in the women who did our nails constantly talking about us and being rude, talking amongst themselves in their own language. Rolling a eyes ect.they must think we are stupid and don’t know they are talking about us. We won’t be back.

It’s not worth for $45 when others does a better job for same price. Pedicure there was no scrubbing for rough heels. If we question they murmur a lot in their language and say that’s all we can do. Really bad

Just had worst experience with a horrible nail technician, my nails are thin thanks to her and looking very messy. Rainbow nails Plenty valley very disappointed! I had been going there for 5 yrs btw.

Went to the Broadmeadows one and got my eyebrows waxed. The lady did it so bad and I have a half an eyebrow now

Worst experience, they did sns and it was completely the wrong colour and they were shaped horribly. My daughter got acrylic nails and they cut her finger bad. Will never come back here again

Have been to the Plent Valley South Morang Store so many times, and always have a great experience. I also notice that every time I go there, there’s always new change: new methods of applying SNS/ shellac, plastic coverings on the foot basins, new uniforms, etc. I love that this store is constantly evolving and doing things smarter and more efficiently. All staff are professional and are talented in their trade

Best Nails I've ever gotten! Really nice staff and the Manager is lovley, would 100% recommend to others:)

She said she is doing only one nail for a doller and send me to get money from ATM when i came back and give her a money she charged me for 7dollers when i tolled her u said before 1$ she just act crazy and start yelling no i said 7$ ive seen her she wrote 1$ on the book

Staff does not understand the clients requirements. Shaped my nails differently what I desired. Very unhappy with the service. Not gonna recommend at all.
