Rainbow Nails

I asked for classic eyelash extensions and got some cheap looking volume lashes. The whole experience was painful and traumatic. Do not get your lashes done here. They didn’t even offer to refund my money after i asked for it to be removed on the same day due to how painful it was. Customer service is extremely poor espec by the manager. Never again.

Got my nails done here asked for a heart on a nail all people start laughing and not ending up doing the heart he aggressively grabbed my hand making me feel uncomfortable would not recommend!

I'm yet to find a nail tech here who does my nails properly. I always get sns with tips and they always stick tips on that are too small for my nails. When they apply top coat, they always miss several spots on my nails which I have to go back home and fix myself. When you tell them you're not happy with something, they get upset. The nail techs always rush. They should improve on their workmanship and customer service. If I walk out with nice nails, I'll be happy, but this hasn't been the case so far. Please choose the correct fitting tips and apply the top coat properly.

I’m really disappointed. I asked straight away if they did nail art and they assured me they did. Well, I think the pictures say everything. First is what I asked for, second is what I walked away with after trying very nicely to ask if they could do them a bit nicer. Still charged me in full. Looks like my toddler did it

Nails cracked and chipped away within 24 hours. Went back to fix the same week, the owner was rude and horrible. Charged to fix the one nail that broke straight away, after that except for that nail most other nails peeled in parts. Horrible experience will not recommend at all.

They want to take more customer so they won’t finish job properly. They didn’t even filed my nails properly. They charge $5 more than the other salon near Aldi and still won’t provide good service. My nails look so rough I wasted my $40

Went here a few days ago and got SNS nails with tips. I walked in and got seated straight away. They are lasting and look amazing too!

My friend and I visited this salon last week. It was a very poor experience. We asked for sns with tips. The worker who did my friend's nails, left an enormous amount of bumps in the sns. Both of our nails were different sizes on both hands. The lady who served me left half way through my manicure for AT LEAST 15 minutes. There was no sanitiser around the store and the mats underneath our hands were still dirty from the past customer. The customer next to us had a bad experience with the same worker as my friends. We didn't get offered a 10% discount being students. Although we had a poor experience, the young girl working at the counter was really nice and helped us choose our colours. Both workers cut us. I asked for coffin shape and the lady shaped them oval and said too late.

Prompt customer service. Very cleanly done Shellac nails then clean and felt good soak / clean off. Very happy! Will be back again. Thank you.

The lady that always is on the reception is rude, even if there someone else also is rude, always they ask for cash money, about the quality, they're using cheap products specially for the manicure it's not stay more than 2 hours, also when I asked for help to choose the right colour that I have on my photo she didn't help, she said here is the colours you can choose untill a boy came to help me.

Arrogant, they told me one price and they charged me extra. It 's and up arguing with her becouse the price I been told and price I end up paying with her forcing me to pay. She was almost screaming at me. Ego driven owner and stuff. There are not alowe you to tell them what and how you want your nails to be done.
If there is a zero I would give them zero

I had my SNS done here and am VERY dissapointed. I had to go back after 5 minutes because the top coat had gone matte and rubbed off. Then they redid them and within 3 hours 2 of my nails started cracking. Within 24 hours 8 of them were riddled with cracks. I went back where they told it the cracks were my fault, they filed off the top coat and re-applied. My colour was then very thin and completely removed in some parts. They all cracked again within another 24 hours. Not even 1 week old and they look disgusting and the cracks are so deep they are de-colouring and bubbling. DON'T GO THERE!

No clue about customer service.the lady at reception is so rude and demanding
cash is really not appropriate.if there is an option of less than 1 star i would have give that.

I was sent to walk around the mall and come back 2 times even when the reception lady told me to com back in 30 minutes the first time. The lady who did my wax was very nice and she did a pretty good job as well. One thing i just don’t understand is why they only take cash even being a very busy place. I had to walk to the ATM to get cash and the reception lady told me to leave my wallet with her!

Terrible service and quality both times I've been there! The lady at the door is rude and demands cash every time even during a pandemic. No social distancing and not all staff wear masks + quick customer turnover without cleaning. Will never return.

Typical types running this business, unproffesional, low quality but the worse thing I noted was unknown to them me being Anglo Australian they didn't know I spoke fluent Vietnamese, they were making rude, racist comments about their clients. Sadly I wasn't shocked have tuned it at other times at other places. The lesson is if they speak English but choose not to then you know the reason. It's time we called these people out.

Had a great experience here. SNS done perfectly. I had my 3 month old baby with me and she was unsettled in the pram. One of the girls happily held her for me whilst I finished up even though it was busy. So caring and kind. I'll definitely go back.
