Worst nail salon ever. Asked the lady at the doors “do you do builder gel” she says yes and asks me to take a seat. I waited for 20 minutes, the lady starts filing off my top coat, and then said “acrylic refill” and I said no builder gel, she goes we don’t do that here and I said well the lady at the front said you did, and she goes oh no, then stood up and walked off and began on another client. Was really rude and I was sent out of the store with now top coat missing off my nails. Just such a disgusting experience.

I was left soaking in acetone for 30 mins. You can imagine what my fingers looked like. Then wrong colour was applied. Cut on one cuticle & lumps on thumb nail.
They are very abrupt & make no effort to converse wth customers. They simply talk & laugh amongst themselves, which I find extremely rude.

Mf wants to charge me $10 a PER TIP - coz her boss said so. Very unprofessional, extremely rude, outcome is horrendous. Please dont come here and save yourself the money and get your nails done somewhere professional.

Second time I've been here, only came back as they were open on a public holiday. Wish I didnt! Cut nails too short, when i mentioned something she dismissed me. So so rude, they talk in their language and its so obvious its about the customers. All 4 female staff members were so rude and 1 was the boss. Never going back!

No clue about customer service.the lady at reception is so rude and demanding
cash is really not appropriate.if there is an option of less than 1 star i would have given that.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year now and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff are always lovely and are always happy to try any design I ask for. I tend to get more complicated designs and I walk away happy with my nails every time. Many of these reviews criticise their customer service, but I have to disagree - like in any circumstance, when you’re considerate and respectful to somebody they’ll almost always treat you the same. I recommend Rainbow Nails to all my friends and family, especially Jenny and Justin, but every staff member there is lovely.

I had a pedicure her today, the lady was efficient. The only thing I don't like is that they speak Chinese among themselves and I find this quite rude. It cost $50 for a pedicure.

Its hit and miss. Sometimes my nails come out good and sometimes they concave ahaha. The young guy is the best.

No respect at all
Accidentally dropped and broke a nail polish bottle, nail polish went every where on my dress and they literally didn’t care or didn’t even try to help me to clean my hands, feet or dress
All they did is they brought a cloth to clean the floor although I asked them many times if they could help me to clean my hands and my dress!
Not just that as they made me pay $15 for the bottle although it wasn’t a full bottle plus it’s an accident
Very disgusting place
Before this happened, every time I go there they have to ask for cash first and they hide the Eftpos machine!
I wonder why!

Such bad service waited almost 30 minute with my nails half done. As soon as I got home my shellac started to peel.
All workers are always in a rush trying to do multiple clients at once not even caring about the quality of their work.

I will never understand how they have such low ratings,

This salon is absolutely amazing and I refuse to go anywhere else. My nails are ALWAYS amazing, my lashes are incredible and the staff are the most lovely staff you have ever met, they listen to everything you ask for and nothing is too hard:) Justin the manager there is a sweetheart and Kelly who regularly does my lashes and nails is super talented! The owner she is just a beautiful little thing and is always there to help you and ensure that you’re satisfied with their services ️

Try them, you won’t be disappointed

Called to make an appointment for two full sets and they said they could do it at 7: 45 but we were running 10 minutes late and we called them to let them know and they said its fine. We walk in then they make us sit and wait with no communication for how long we will need to be waiting for.then they tell us that they cannot do full sets because we were late when they told us it is fine to still come. Overall horrible expiration EVERYTIME I come.

I went to get my nails done here, I paid $115 for a re fill and pedicure chilac. 1 week later, my nail broke and the colour was bumpy. It was bad job. After it broke, I went back to tell them what happened, the manager came to me and I asked her to fix the nail. She told me she was going to charge me and accused me of breaking the nail so I could fix it. She said I ruined the bump as well. She refused to fix the nails without charge, even though it was her fault. She started an argument with me, I was trying to be polite. She said didn’t change her mind, I left with my nails broken and without any help. Do not come here, they are rude and they do not help, they do not take care of you well.

Always the best service. If you need a pedicure, ask for Kim. My feet haven't been this soft ever!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had! Very bulky nails with a wired shape! The reception and all the staff are in rush and just want to finish your job as quickly as possible to get the next client! Not recommended at all…

I’ve been here a few times now and the staff have always been absolutely lovely however the owner of the place, not the biggest fan of.i went in to get my SNS nails soaked off.the owner gave me the bowl to soak my nails in and when the owner came back she filed my nails in a very rough manner and it made me feel really uncomfortable to the point where my nails started hurting a little bit when she filed them, it’s like she was in a rush and didn’t have a care.when i was done i went to go pay and it said it was $15 but she made me pay $20.i asked her saying “i thought it was $15 and she said “no never”. I had $15 in cash but i had to pay card (plus the surcharge too) cause i didn’t have the $20.it may not be much of a difference but if you’re going to put the prices up, at least put the correct ones up so you don’t have disappointed customers. Won’t ever have her serve me again.

Very roughly handled, they are all in a hurry to finish it off quickly, they don’t care about giving you a good service. Didn’t even soak the sns for removal properly, kept using the machine on my already thin nails that it started hurting but she didn’t care. Colour at the end wasn’t what I chose either, this will definitely be my last time here. Have definitely been to better nail places.

I wanted to give it a zero star if I could, honestly guys this is a most disgusting place to get nails done, especially JENNIE is so horrible, she was rude to me start to end of service, she cut my cuticle skin 2 twice, didn’t bother saying sorry at all.

They were all taking in their own language all the time, not listening to customers at all, very unprofessional, , they did a horrible job on my nails,
I HAte this place so much, would NEVER go back! Felt very uncomfortable

This lunatic, kept yelling at me coz I asked her to put another layer of polish on my nails which she should have put anyways as what they always do as a routine, (this nasty aggressive and abusive person kept yelling at me get out get out I won’t do it.
If the shop reads this and this person I won’t let you do this to people and get away with it.
PEOPLE imagine she does this to a person who can’t even speak English and have to deal with this lunatic.

I’m disgusting at the service of this place I specifically was asking for a certain look for my nails and the lady that had done them kept speaking to another worker about what I had been asking for with an annoyed look In her face. I was kind and I was getting nothing but disrespected by my nail lady! She was doing the colour of my nails darker then the other ones and I asked nicely if she can do another coat she was looking at me with disgust in her face. I will never be coming here again. I also got told to wait to get my shellac on toes and waited 15 min with no communication at all. I am paying these woman for something I would like and it’s not cheap to get your nails done ladies we all know this and I get treated disrespectfully I am not happy!
