Bought a yamaha amp online from here when they were having a special. To my disappointment, when hooking everything up, there was an issue with it when going through the equalizer unless I went through pure direct mode.
No worries though, as I contacted Radio Parts and asked that I bring it in for a replacement. They quickly confirmed that the issue was in fact present and just gave me a brand new one after checking that this one is issue free. It was great customer service experience and would recommend buying from them again.
Bought a Ness alarm system from there. Caught between Ness and Radio Parts who didn't want to deal with me. Both pushed me off to each other to sort out! Very very frustrating. Finally ended up hiring an alarm expert to come and "officially" diagnose a faulty board and then have to "pay big $$$$ as callouts are not free" for that service which was as expensive as the board. Then returning it was troublesome for the salesperson at the desk who had to call everyone. Terrible post sales support from both companies. Oh in the end Ness did warranty replace the faulty board and I installed it and it worked first go! Not happy.
Can’t take straight phone orders. Not worth doing business with. They expect you to get on the internet and setup an account. The whole purpose of a phone order is so that you don’t have to waste time. We needed 15 uhf cb radios for our farm. We got them. Not through these clowns.
Sold me two faulty dangerous multimeters. Told me that a new one was sent out. New one never arrived. Now my messages are ignored.

I had another company let me down. I called and the Rep immediately assisted me (with 20mins to go before closing)
The cashier called me and took payment then helped my Uber driver get the order to his car.

Delivery took more then 5 days, I ordered Thursday and im still waiting! The last 2 times i got the same item it was here the next day! So next time i'll take my money elsewhere.

After a huge walking effort to get there I felt that I was rushed out of the store due to their method of sales. So I got what I wanted, but couldn't look at anything else as I was walked to the payment lady to pay for my goods.
This experience is why there is only the one Radio Parts today.
Bought a Fluke from them, returned it for warranty to discover that as they are grey market importers (not authorised Fluke resellers) they only have a 1 year warranty. Don't buy anything valuable from this place! Let me tell you how much this turned me off Radio Parts despite having shopped here for decades.
Outstanding service from these guys, particularly Ben. Arranged to get in some parts from elsewhere and then required some after sales service. Have no hesitation using these guys again
