Great customer service and super fast delivery. Cannot rate this team highly enough. I had a problem with my initial delivery, the team organised an overnight return and resent the product out without any charge, they took care of everything and really easy to do business with, highly recommended!

Guy on the front desk as you enter rude and not helpful, Maybe shove him in the warehouse so he does'nt deal with customers at all. And put someone at the front who understands customer skills.

Sadly the showroom is closed due to the virus. I eventually got in touch with the sales staff, the young lady I spoke to was very helpful and I have been able to have my order delivered to my place.

Don't get served by the Tim the Asian guy, rude and arrogant. Not interested in customer service.

I 've dealt with Pat (and Mickey) numerous times over the last few days, They've been fantastic in advising me on a custom speaker set up for a commercial client.
The guys have been able to give me multiple options and have got me set up with a well functioning system, they've been helpful and enthusiastic in assisting me (and patient).
Recommended.

All stock is out date, staff are unhelpful and have little idea about what they are talking about and warranties are deliberately misleading stay away from these scam artiest.

Patrick at Radio parts just spent maybe 20 minutes or more helping me to get a power supply for my 19 year old 8 mm video tape camcorder. With out Patrick all the videos of my children as toddlers may well have never been viewed by my wife and I again. Thanks Patrick)

Pretty woeful service. A guy will stand in front of a computer and pretend you're not there for over 5 minutes, he will then look at you and tell you he's busy.

I have reason to rave about this store and I didn't even walk into the joint! I have a 40-year old turntable that played like a dream until the relic pre-amp died. With the new one, I got this terrible buzzing noise which we deduced was probably a grounding issue. A competitor store said my new pre-amp was incompatible with the recycled home theatre receiver I had recycled. The AV guy who came to install a TV told me I shouldn't be using a home theatre receiver (it had been working fine nad was a good unit in its day) and wanted to sell me a new Denon receiver for $900. Mikey Lovell at Radio Parts told me to run a bit of stripped audio wire between the receiver and the pre-amp to earth them and sent me a link to an article showing me how to do it. Worked like a charm! Mikey spent 20 mins on the phone, made no sale, diagnosed the problem unseen and was as happy as I am that it worked. A legend of the game! I would give Radio Parts future business on goodwill any day.

Had a power supply issue, ordered one from Radio Parts, Melbourne 12.30 pm and had it the following day in Geelong at 10.00am.can't ask for more than that! Awesome service.thx guys!

I bough and maintain all the UHF communication system for 3 resorts with them. They’re are really helpful and quick.

I bought a DVR and hard drives for my home security setup and while I was there they installed and setup the drive for me at no charge which was great.

Flash forward a few months later, I locked myself out of the unit and contacted them via email to ask for support on this and found they were super helpful and asked for me to bring the unit in and they could help me sort it. I brought the unit in and again they were super helpful and reset the system for me while I waited.

I have worked with many suppliers throughout my career and everyone I engaged were helpful and went above and beyond to help me sort my issue. Big shout to Ben and Liam. Highly recommend for all your IT and AV needs.
