51 Very fast on the postage. Ordered on the 26th and received 28th in the morning. (Vic to Qld).
The only thing I could comment on was if they could pack ic's into static bags (maybe an option at checkout to pay extra for it).

Not as many " Radio Parts " as they used to have. Good selection of audio equipment and electrical components and parts for electricians.
I’ve been shopping at radio parts for years but now I’m thinking twice before buying anything from them.
2 weeks ago I had brought a T500 5" 4K HD CCTV tester and thinking at the time. This tester could save me time, effort and money. Going home to open the box up and there is no tester. So I emailed radio part what happened and I got an email back the next day.
Saying So sorry to hear this, we are currently investigating the situation and are in contact with the supplier.

It’s been two weeks and I’ve emailed them 3 time since then to find out what’s going on. Right now I’m $659 out of pocket and no one in the radio parts team is contacting me back.

Ordinary. Sold me wrong part despite part showing to be different to Catalog, but they sold it to me anyway. Then I had to drive all way back next day to get a refundgetting a refund was an unusual process.
Then I was promised I would get a call next day from their rep to organise ordering correct part, but never called.
I'm just a weekend warrior fiddling with my TV, Foxtel and amplifier. The blokes at Radio Parts are always helpful, know what I am trying to say when I don't have the right words and - like when I bought an HDMI to component converter - you can always take it back for a refund within seven days. Can't fault them.
