They hotel experience was amazing. Best hotel in Victoria hands down. Gold, indoor pool, games room and amazing dishes. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Loved each and every bit of the stay. Worth every penny spent

We booked the ocean view room and did not realize it is a bit of a drive to to main hotel. We also requested to have a late check out and extension for 1 hour. Staff asked us to pay extra.

Peaceful place with helpful and nice staff. We had a little bit of problem regarding the ocean view room and the main building that was quickly sorted out by reception staff. It sounded like a misunderstanding during booking, but the experience of accommodation at the resort is outstanding. Recommended:)

A first class facility on the Peninsula and a true resort in every sense of the word. Family friendly in every sense of the word with every detail thought of. All the meals and food was amazing and accomodation spacious and oversized. Every part of the resort is clean and staff are lovely and will bend over backwards to accomodate your every need.

Not into golf at all, but still a great central place to access all the Peninsula's lovely tourist spots with great accommodation and services.

The room was lovely but being in a wheel chair cannot open any doors none are self opening and all extremely heavy so need husband to open doors.ordered room service as unwell first night informed them of certain things cannot eat needed to removed meal came with incorrect items rang and advised meal was re ordered arrived it was OK out of 10 would say a 4 was given the impression that their was no sauce on item well it was RED clearly was sauce

Great resort location is great, amazing views and great rooms too. Especially the ocean facing ones were awesome. Service was OK but there was an air of uneasiness couldn't go and say it was the best. Overall great experience and highly recommended property.

Staff are very nice and helpful, as is the accommodation in general. Overall it is a great place to visit. There were two negatives we encountered. The evening meals we had at the Samphire restaurant were below par, in our opinion. We paid $60 for a small steak with mashed potato. It just wasn't that great. I also had duck at $50 which was ok but nothing special. The desserts were served with what tasted like relatively cheap ice-cream. We found the food in the café was better quality than the Samphire. Another negative was that there are reasonably large pot holes in the entrance road that could potentially lead to damage to the wheels of cars. An example of one is shown in the attached picture. There is also a speed hump that is not easily seen, particularly at night. Clearly more attention needs to be paid to road maintenance.

Positives:

- Bed/pillows are super comfortable
- Large shower
- Soft robes
- Pool/free games room/spa
- Great views
- Easy check-in check-out
- Staff were really nice
- The bar of soap was really good
- Parking is easy
- Yummy wagyu burger at the lounge
- Breakfast was pretty good
- Wifi was fast
- Lifts were fast and there were plenty

Cons:
- Lasagna at the lounge was $29 for a below-average lasagna 7.5 x 7.5cm big.
- Pictures of the bathroom are misleading for superior rooms (no bathtub)
- Good restaurants/supermarket are at least 10 minutes drive away, which wouldn't be an issue if the restaurants were better.
- Movies are $10 each on the TVs, no Chromecast/smart casting.

Great service, i booked wrong room, but they allowed us to have a upgrade to main building with some extra charges, I'm fine with that as I'm actually came for it. Game room could have a better maintenance and a little poor air conditioning in the room. But pool and gym are in nice maintenance. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Exceptional customer from reception to room service to restaurants staff! Staff by far made our experience the best it could be and couldn’t recommend more highly. Special mention to our waiter Jack at Samphire who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Massive props to the staff at RACV and thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Our three night stay at R. A. C. V. Resort Cape Schank was exceptional. I (Margaret) celebrated my 90th Birthday with a delicious dinner at the SamphireRestaurant. The waiting staff treated me like a Queen especially Tanya. From Reception to Housekeeping and to all staff we appreciated so much your friendliness and genuine care for two elderly sisters. We have just had a most wonderful two day stay at The RACV Cape Shank Resort. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The standard of accomodation was exceptional. We will go away with wonderful memories. Thank you.

Stayed 1 night in the new tower, room is very comfortable and clean, the view was fantastic. Its great for kids with playground, trampoline, pool and games room. Its a resort for family which is perfect for us.

Fabulous friendly staff.clean immaculate environment. Amazing gym, pool and restaurants. Best of all are the beds. I had the most amazing 11 hour sleep! The golf course is spectacular (even for a novice) and the nearby walks to the beautifully refreshing
