Raceway Motorcycles

I've had a few experiences with Raceway, now, and I've been very happy each time. I recently dropped in a trail bike needing a light kit for rec.reg, and they custom-fabricated a solution for me and had the bike ready the same day. They're friendly, helpful and polite. Plus, the showrooms are gorgeous. What more could you want from a bike dealer?

My favourite moto mechanics. They do great work for a fair price. They give great advice and don't rip you off with lots of unnecessary parts and repairs. I also love the opportunity to ride a new loan bike every time mine is in for a lengthy job. It is reassuring for a two left handed guy like me to have serious support from these guys when it comes to the well being of my pride and joy.

As always the service and work is absolutely perfect. Got my suspension on my buell worked on and the bike feels like new again. Great service at a great price. Would not trust anyone else with my baby. Thanks again!

Took my Yamaha in for a roadworthy ended up costing more than 3 times what I was quoted without my approval. Grant just goes ahead does what he thinks is best and then expects you to pay. He seems very nice and friendly on the phone and bam he does the opposite. Eg Grant Noted I needed a new rear wheel to pass roadworthy so I bought 2 second hand wheels with good Pirelli tyres, I was promised he wouldn't go any further without contacting me first. When I picked up the bike Grant had charged me for a new tyre $70 plus $165 labour to change the rear wheel (apparently it was very difficult to remove). When I confronted him why he replaced the rear tyre he was rude, unprofessional and admitted the current one was roadworthy. A simple call to the customer before any additional charges isn't much to ask for. On a positive note both the ladies on reception were friendly and very helpful.

Customer service is impeccable, I bought a Benelli from another dealer, Bike had electrical problems, original dealer lost dealership and didn't tell me. Not happy. I then contacted Raceway and asked if they would look at the bike under warranty. They Did. Cut a long story short. It had many parts changed and they stripped their own demo bike to try and find the problem.all this leading up to Xmas. Damian and his guys bent over backwards to get it fixed for my Holidays. I didn't buy it from them and they treated me as if I Did. If you want to know you will get service after buying a Bike. I can recommend Raceway Motorcycles. Very, Very Impressed. Thanks again guys.

Just had a big problem with Vicroads re New Rego on 2006 VStrom (compliance plate issue) had eight days left on RWC. These guys were able to contact Suzuki Australia, get a new compliance plate job done in three days. You guys are magnificent. A big thank you to Michelle esp. I'll be back

Great help! Great service! I highly recommend using these guys. I got a flat tyre while riding, i called them up, they put me onto someone to help get my bike to them, as soon as i got to the work shop they had my bike fixed and back on the road straight away! 10/10

Bought my first bike here. With the help of the most honest and friendly service from Paul.he gave no BS and didn't force anything on me. Catered the whole experience to my needs without trying to oversell.
Went to a few dealers beforehand and here I felt comfortable when buying the bike for me rather than pressured. 5
