Excellent service from the team at Raceway and good advice on all aspects of bikes and riding. Highly recommended.

I hadn’t used Raceway Suzuki before but had heard they had a good reputation, so when I needed a puncture repair I rang them to find out what they could do for me.
They explained about how they would fix my tyre, bike was booked in, they also chased up a new tyre for me and gave me a good idea of when it would arrive.
Service and spare part service was fantastic, bike was fixed promptly while I waited and they even made me a coffee and remembered who I was from just one phone call, that’s what I call premium service and not too expensive, Raceway are now my 1st choice repairer!

Lovely people.very friendly staff.willing to answer all your questions.extremely polite.delivered the bike on time.offered a sweet demo of the main functions of the bike and imp things you should know.what else can you expect? Price is also competitive.most importantly they know how to be friendly with customers and that is a MUST.

Im fortunate to live not far from Raceway and their friendly down to earth service. The shop has nice comfy couches in the showroom where one can relax while their sweet ride is looked after in the clean workshop. Thnx to the Raceway crew. The service here is amazing. I managed to purchase all the safety clothing that I needed along with my new Royal Enfield Interceptor, thanks to the excellent service of Emma, making this a seamless transaction. My Interceptor was delivered to me today, thanks to Damien who was happy to bring it 130kms to my home!

Probably one of the most human experiences I’ve had in a long time. Damian is an absolute legend of person, very knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly kind. We bought an Enfield GT650 for my old man, we payed up the whole amount in advance and even ordered some extras, only to be met with the unfortunate news a week later that my dad had an injury to his ankle that would make riding a motorcycle very difficult. We let Damian know and his words exactly were “We care more about your fathers health than we do about the sale of one of our bikes. “ We were given a full refund.
I couldn’t be happier with the level of accommodation we were given. When we are ready to get a bike again, we are coming straight back to Raceway Motorcycles. Can’t recommend them enough!

Despite my laziness to book a test drive beforehand, I called them in a rush and yet they were warm and accommodating. Seeing that I am a beginnera and unsuretunsure of the roads, they assigned their workshop mechanic, Grant, to ride with me. He took me through twists and turns that'd really allow the rider to test it's capabilities. I did a test drive of the Benelli 502c. The cruiser experience was somehow different, in a good way. I am torn between deciding to buy the Benelli or the new Honda CMX 500

Great friendly service.pricing is also pretty cheap, oh and the lady who owns it is very pretty and friendly, sorry but it's the truth.so sue me!
