My experience with Essendon Motorcycles and Mowers was a very positive experience. Initially my product wasn’t available but they contacted when it was and after the purchase was made the item was delivered very quickly. Also the product fitted easily on my bike and looks good.

If you're planning to buy a bike or get your bike serviced there, be prepared not to ask any questions, as they may respond with sarcasm or a disrespectful attitude. Despite my initial excitement about purchasing a bike from them, my overall experience left me feeling disappointed, sad, and frustrated. I would not recommend their services at all. "

Second time using Essendon motorcycles, first time was great service from the spares counter, and great turn around time. Second was to get all my springs changed over in the rear shock and front forks, as well as a new tube installed in my tyre. Professional and great people to deal with, we’re happy to help with the stupid questions i had also.

I was looking for a SW-Motech tank bag for my GS BMW. There are plenty overseas, but they are a bit hard to find in Australia. Whilst shopping around I called Essendon Motorcycles & Mowers and I spoke to Riley. He was very helpful and had the bag I wanted in stock. He also spent quite some time on the phone going through the fitting, functions and characteristics of the bag. He was also able to provide the correct tank ring for my bike and put it all together in one package. 10 points to Riley for helpfulness and efficient service. The package arrived safely, and the bag was fitted easily and works well. Very happy customer.

Very engaging and informative. Relaxed atmosphere. Definitely came away from the store having developed a slight bias of appreciation towards royal enfield, and a genuine respect for Essendon motors.

Very helpful people, when you ask for parts and service you get it delivered with the right skills and a friendly approach.

I have been bringing my bikes here since 2017 and I have never left unhappy. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and always carry out clean, and precise work. Pricing is very reasonable and Sharon from customer service is always a pleasure to deal with.

Went there a few weeks ago after reading their reviews. The clowns couldn't get my bike started. 20 year mechanic couldn't work out it was the spark plug. Customer service was non existent. Very disappointed with my whole experience and for that reason I would not recommend nor would I ever go back.

You came outside when I was trying to start the bike and said "I'm closing the doors at 5pm is the bike staying or going? ". At no stage did you advise me that you couldn't look at the bike until the following week. You only mentioned that when I spoke with you the following morning. Also just so you know it was the younger mechanic who said to me that the bike sounds like it's not sparking. That's when I asked him if it could be the spark plug. And he said "Yes".
So I bought one from AMS, installed it and the bike started straight away, it was a 10 minute job. You had the bike for 24 hours and with a 20 year experienced mechanic.

I recently purchased a Husqvarna pressure washer online. The friendly staff were very helpful & even helped me to load the package in my car. I would definitely recommend buying locally & supporting great independent businesses such as Essendon Motorcycles & Mowers.

Being a customer for 10 years, I have received great advice and assistance without any expectations, that service will always win my loyalty. So refreshing to receive great service without the condescending attitude of some other bike shops.

I wanted to get back to riding motorcycle after 20 years and decided to visit Essendon Motorcycles after reading reviews. Their service absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everybody including Noel, Damian, Jason, Emma, Riley, Sharon (apologies if I wrote any names wrong) were amazing and very friendly. They gave honest advice and encouraged me to take my time regarding choosing the right motorcycle. So after three test rides, I decided to go with Continental GT 650 and I am very happy with it. Thank you guys for making the whole process wonderful.

Needed a set of sprockets for my 2020 Himalayan, down here in Hobart in two days.
We have only one RE dealer down here in Tas, and their customer service is questionable at times.

We took our mower to be serviced at Essendon Motorcycles & Mowers and we could not have been more pleased with the friendly greeting along prompt service we received. Highly recommended.

Went down to bye a pressure washer and I got the best of help from the staff it was a pleasure to shop there

Thorough and efficient service, friendly staff and good communication has always been the standard I have experienced with Essendon Motorcycles.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs anything done to their bike.
It will be in safe hands and will be returned better than ever.

Had to have speedometer replaced on a Suzuki VSTROM, the front desk gave me options to find it, searching interstate suppliers to try and find one and to get a great price (they’re over $1000).
Once the part was in the mechanic called me to update on the progress. All up it cost me less than the original quoted price for the part.
Went back for a RWC two weeks later. Again, great service, friendly and efficient.
