Quest Mont Albert

We booked for 1 night for our family of 5 (3 children), in a 2 bedroom apartment. We were amazed to find high quality accommodation that was also dog friendly (and reasonably priced)! Right from the beginning enquiry, to booking, confirmation, check in and then check out - we were impressed by the prompt, friendly and professional staff. The apartment was lovely, clean, tidy, and what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. We had a small balcony, which we (and our Labrador) enjoyed! We felt very welcome and comfortable having our Labrador with us. We would highly recommend this hotel, and we would happily stay here again. It really is rare to find nice hotels, which allow dogs! (and with such welcoming staff!). We were most impressed!

Quest Mont Albert is like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; and the staff are great. Abby was fantastic, very kind and helpful. Rochella was so friendly, helpful and delightful and Suny was very accommodating and helpful. We're looking forward to staying here again.

It was amazing experience for me personally. Sunny was quite welcoming and made sure my stay was to perfection. Great rooms for a good price and close to the public transport as well. Would surely recommend this place.

The carpet was stained, the kitchenette was scorched and the room smelt vaguely of smoke.
It was, however, secure and the staff were polite.

Our stay at Mont Albert was for 3 Months, we had a lovely clean room that had been painted and carpeted on level one.
The staff was friendly especially the regulars that cleaned our room like Leo.

Excellent customer service, well organised, very helpful staff. Definately recommend for return trip

I grew up in Surrey hills, traveled the world with IBM.after graduating from University of Melbourne as an EE.anyway continued with IBM is Austin TX and return with family to Melbourne every couple of years. Quest is an apartment style accommodation with minimum hassle if you want to be in the Mont Albert / Surrey Hills / Box Hill area. Full kitchen, internet etc. Parking is underground. But there's more.conference facility for smaller business meetings but it can be handy if location is important. Great entertaining patio's for family gatherings etc. Walking distance to Mont Albert tram terminus and to Box Hill. Enjoy. Bob Voyage

Large apartments with everything you need. Staff assisted me with all my requests with a smile. Rooms are well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay, it’s nice to be so close to the shops, restaurants and public transport (without being in the CBD). Rooms were comfortable and just what we needed at the end of a long day. What was a surprise was the lovely staff at the front desk! We have found that in other hotels, the staff are a bit disingenuous and mostly unhelpful, however we found the staff at the front desk at Quest Mont Albert to be lovely, warm and full of local knowledge - which was lucky because we were first time visitors to the area. The house keeping staff were also very fast, and any request, we have children who go through so many towels, was fulfilled with a smile. It was a nice change and we will be coming back again

I stayed here for a meeting in box hill. Close to public transport and lots if shops. Room service has lots of options and check in/out was quick and painless. Would recommend for anyone staying for business or vacation.

All of the front office and housekeeping staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable with a great breakfast and minibar selection. The location is great with Box Hill shopping centre and great cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The Quest at Mont Albert was a pleasant place to spend two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The facilities were appropriate and the wifi speed was consistently fast which was important for me. The only issue was the noise of the fridge which I had to unplug at night in order to get to sleep.

Excellent stay. It was perfect for me. Nice and quiet. Staffs were very helpful. Great knowledge of local surroundings and events near by. Definitely gonna return again in future. Just keep up the good work.
