Our stay at Quest Mont Albert was great, we had a pet friendly apartment and brought our kitten along! We had multiple check-ins from the staff to see if there was anything they could help with, which was a lovely and appreciated touch. The location was perfect for us and the apartment had everything we needed.
The only one small thing to be aware of is the water pressure in both bathrooms in our apartment was very low, but everything else was great.

We have had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights. We have had a lot to do with a personal matter in Melbourne and have needed some help from reception. The staff have been so helpful and considerate. Nothing has been a problem for them. The room was clean, warm and spacious. We would highly recommend it as a great place to stay.

The apartment was immaculate, well appointed, spacious, sunny and comfortable. The staff were faultless - warm, friendly, exceptionally helpful and professional.

Front desk arranged alternate room upon early arrival. Fast tracked booking. Room clean and all expectations met. Friendly staff. Housekeeping very accommodating with our additional requirements. Excellent value.

Everyonne working there are friendly and helpful. I and my wife have a safe and peaceful stay in the hotel for 3 weeks. We will recommend it to our friends if they want to choose a good services hotel.

I booked a room at this hotel at 9 o'clock, and received a confirmation email, asking me on arrival time at the site, which I did at 1 pm, sending me an email at 1: 10 pm that your reservation had been canceled! I call and ask why? They say I’m sorry, all rooms are reserved! Not fair

We got the confirmation email and planned for today, but you messed up the whole schedule

Room was lovely and roomy. Beds comfy and great with Netflix and full kitchen. Only negative would be that it didnt have room service as advertised. You had to use an app and the food was from an outside source.

Really pleasant stay, friendly staff, easy check in/out, clean large rooms, everything we need for a night away.

Spotless Appartment. We felt really welcome having our dog with the bed and food bowls! That was great! Definitely will be back soon!

Good sized rooms well serviced. Location is central for eastern suburbs. Our room had some minor maintenence issue which were quickly attended or noted for later fixing. Friendly staff and good communication

Well appointed rooms, secure parking on site, convenient location, friendly, helpful staff, public transport at the door. What more could you want? It’s a home away from home for us. Highly recommend if you want to visit Melbourne but don’t want the hassle of inner city driving.

Great thing about staying here is that the 109 direct to the city is at the front door. Had to change me swipe card 3 times as it stopped working. Staff is absolutely superb and helpful. Rooms are a little dated but spacious and clean. Unfortunately I was on the ground floor and no view to the street

You would need to bring motion sickness and back pain medication to sleep on that mattress. I ended up sleeping on the sofa just to get through the night. We also had to buy our own toilet paper and rubbish bin bags and take the rubbish bags out ourselves.

I was staying at the hotel and using their conference facilities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, spacious and well-equipped units, huge balconies. A productive and relaxing stay.

If you want to promote a covid safe environment, stop funnelling people to the one slow lift, and open up your stairwells

The 2BR apartment was an amazingly comfortable place to stay for a week! We had a huge balcony, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The living/dining room was spacious too. Check in and check out processes were efficient and friendly. The cleaners were always masked with gloves and made sure everything was COVID safe. Location wise, it’s perfect – a short walk to Mont Albert station and shops, as well as other shops and restaurants down the road. Tram stop just outside. My partner and I were in Melbourne to visit my father who’d had a stroke. Daniel, the receptionist, was extremely kind and understanding. I really appreciated having such a lovely place to stay at the most difficult time in my life. Thank you so much to the team at Quest Mont Albert.

Excellent location with trams 3 mins walk away and train 7 mins from the accommodation.
Box Hill central is 20 mins walk.
Beds were firm and comfy. The living room has enough seating for 4 people.
Wonderful stay for our Melbourne holiday.
