Great facilities close to public transport. Friendly, helpful staff. A home away from home.

Very friendly office staff and support staff. Felt very welcomed and had a very comfortable stay. Firm and soft bed, hot water and great kitchen and TV area. Will come again.

Even though, we had a late check in, staff were very polite and accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was an effort for them and they were friendly and courteous at all times. Hotel is close to the tram, bus & train services at Box Hill and convenient to shops, medical centre and Hospital. A pleasant tram ride into the city of Melbourne’s Collins Street and also Flinders Street Station

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. The supervisor was extremely generous, polite and helpful in organising last minute changes from us. Highly recommend.

The staff at Quest Mont Albert most definitely made our 4 month stay due to renovations, an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much or too difficult. Would definitely recommend.

We stay here whenever we visit Melbourne. It’s been a couple of years since out last visit but again we were greeted by a friendly team, keen to ensure our stay was happy and problem free. Rooms are well appointed, spacious, quiet and so clean.

We stayed 7 nights for my son's tournament in one b/r apartment. Experienced great customer service. The apartment was very nice; Spacious, clean and with everything you need.

I have stayed at the Quest Mont Albert several times when I visit my relatives in Melbourne. The location is very convenient, close to my relatives home, shops and public transport. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and has parking. I highly recommend it.

The room was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were hot and noisy. We received personable customer service prior and during our stay. During our stay we left some money that had been counted several times just prior to leaving, in an unzipped pocket of a bag in our room. When we returned the pocket was zipped up and $50 of that money was gone. The manager was very attentive at the time but afterwards refused to accept the facts and told us we misplaced the money elsewhere. Ordinarily we would be open to other possibilities and wouldn’t even report the issue however the facts leading up to finding the money gone were indisputable. It is disappointing that management are not open to the possibility that we are certain of what happened in this circumstance and blindly trust their staff.

I stayed at Quest for about 17 weeks recently. It was a most enjoyable experience. The entire team at Quest Mont Albert were wonderful. Ruschella, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. So were the reception staff. In particular, I was very impressed with the services provided by the housekeeping team like Leo, Leslie, Marnie. They did a fantastic job with the weekly clean and looking out for my kittens. A big thank you to Leo, Leslie and Marnie. Ellie, my kitten would have gotten lost if not for you folks. Thank you!
