Quest Burwood East

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very clean and spacious. The staff (Alex, Ash and Kris) we all really helpful and made our stay feel like home. Thank you for making our stay a great experience. If we’re ever back in this part of town, we will definitely stay again.

I have stayed here once for 3 night, and got 2 bedrooms. Lovely appartments with lots of entertainment options like Netflix, YouTube etc.clean appartments, but when I got there. There was a tissue on the wooden floor behind the curtains. Bit strange that you have to put your appartments card into a slot on the wall, so the lights and air conditioning worked. I loved that both the TVs are smart. Clean bathrooms. Beds are comfy. The gym was well equipped.

Comfortable, cozy feeling place. Temperature controlled rooms with free Netflix and YouTube access in living and bedroom! And they topped that up with the access allowed with my puppy. More places like this should be pet friendly.

Parking available and such great outdoor seating in your room to sit and relax with wine.

Stayed over night for a work conference. The service at the front desk was incredibly friendly and personal (although a little slow at times hence the 4 stars not 5). The room was absolutely gorgeous, well decorated, brand new with a very comfortable bed and quality shower that didn't leak water all over the bathroom floor! I would definitely stay again. Also, shout out to Sue the CRM for the personal touch in our rooms after having a great chat with us in the lobby!

A male gentleman (My apologies for not remembering the name; slim fellow with spectacles and a black suit.) greeted and checked me in at my arrival (20.01.2020 approx 6: 30pm) with enthusiasm and professionalism - given this was my first trip to Melbourne Vic - he had helped me familiarise myself with the location by offering thorough and valuable information (Shops, Restaurants, city routes, services and other key points of interest.)

As the first point of contact the professional is evident, the building is crisp-neat and atmosphere's conditionly cool and the staff are well presented. Quest Burwood East was a part of one of the best experiences in Victoria.
The service opted to Quest guest had made me feel welcomed from first day and throughout my duration of stay This experience attests to their above and beyond service.

My recommendation as guest of this accommodation will be high and rest assured I will be a returning customer in the very near future. ThumbsUpToA1Service.

Clean and comfortable. 5 stars for being pet friendly! Wish more "fancier" hotels/ motels were pet friendly.

Clean & tidy, nice new finish our room with a balcony looking back towards Glen Waverley & the Dandenongs was very nice.

We came here for a work conference and the building is completely new, modern and lovely! However the outdoor area NEEDS shade really bad. On a 40degree day on that deck for it’s just tooo hot with no escape!

The staff are well trained, friendly and cannot do enough to accommodate your stay, I go there purely for business and the staff are great.

Great new clean rooms. Beds are comfy and we slept well. Just what we needed. Staff were very accommodating.

I have stayed at Quest Burwood East on and off for the last 2 months. The service and standards at the hotel are second to none. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. The facilities are great with a gym and cool little community areas. Inside the rooms the kitchen and appliances are of a high quality and the television is pretty cool with in built YouTube and Netflix.

Brand new apartments. Everything looks fresh and modern. Very helpful and caring staff. Quite rooms. Loved the availability of Netflix, YouTube and more. Perhaps a few Foxtel channels will be a good addition. Will definitely stay again if I come this way.

We stayed at Quest Burwood East for our wedding night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially while my wife was getting ready for the big day. There was a slight mishap with keys but the after hours staff were quick to attend. We are very glad we chose Quest.

Loved the room service deliveroo! Great food, quick, great range:) comfy bed, clean and modern, so many tv options to keep you entertained:) highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay at Quest Burwood East which is well equipped with all the necessities that I would need from an apartment. Washing and dryer options were available at the 2 bedroom stay that I picked with a handy kitchen that I utilised to heat up my pizza and throw in the dishes in the dishwasher while I watched some Netflix on the night of my stay. Wonderful experience overall.
