I enjoyed my stay. Everyone was amazing especially Rea. She was very helpful and friendly.

Undoubtedly, this establishment ranks among the most exceptional locales I have had the pleasure of visiting. The overall ambiance exuded a remarkable sense of gratification. Particularly noteworthy was a member of the staff, whose name I believe to be Rea (?). Her demeanor was marked by an extraordinary kindness, as she exuded joy and warmth while attending to our every need and addressing any inquiries with a gracious and welcoming demeanor.

Won't stay here again this is the SECOND time I have stayed here where they don't have anyone on reception. On my first stay I had to wait 30mins to just to check in.

I completely understand the front desk person are helping other guests up stairs but the reception should never be unmanned especially during peak check in/out times. This isn't fair on the one person that is left to do everything for multiple guests. Reception staff member was lovely and polite.

Inconvenience with parking have to park at the gym go check in then drive up to hotel parking. Should be allowed to be buzzed into hotel parking.

On the rooms here they are clean and bright, bed is average.

The rooms were so clean and spot less very quick check in staff was very helpful although the location wasn’t ideal we made it work still recommend this hotel

All staff were very friendly and helpful. They were amazing I’m accommodating a big group stay. Rooms had everything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Quest Burwood East! The establishment as a whole was very clean and comfy. I had no issues staying here and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free thanks to John/Jhon (I'm not sure which spelling is correct ha-ha). Would definitely go back next time!

Had a very pleasant 3 week stay. Spacious, modern rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic but good gym. Close to a tram line and the delicious Sofia. They don't seem to recycle which is disappointing for a major business in 2023.

I stayed for a few nights and it was wonderful. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly and the people at the front desk made me feel very welcome!

This hotel are awesome we had a great experience! Staffs are so kind and nice, especially one of Chinese lady so helpful and thanks what she gave us suggestions for cuisine.

Hi, I really enjoyed stay at Quest Mont Albert. The receptionists were really nice and helpful, especially the one on Sat (jan 15) and Fri (jan 20)

Staff were most accommodating the rooms were a luxury. Most friendly staff. A home away from home and with a rooftop BBQ. Thanks so much Maya and the team. Keep up the wonderful work.

Great apartment with all the necessary facilities that was needed for our stay! All staff were very friendly & accommodated our requests. Easy walk to shops & transport.

I travel from Nth central Victoria and stay here overnight most weeks. Always a welcome smile at reception, clean, well appointed room and a beautiful hand written note to welcome me in the room. Highly recommend Quest Mont Albert.

Man came into my room without permission look through my things told me not to smoke inside when I wasn't anyway. So rude no respect

We were served by Maya at the front desk, first class customer service greeted with a smile and made to feel extremely welcome. Rooms were clean and tidy, would recommend to anyone. Great stay

Slept well. Bedding was comfortable. Room needed a bit of a clean. Tables, kitchenette benches and walls were dirty. Just make sure you tell them to clean the room properly before you stay.

We have stayed here many times on our trips to Melbourne. It is nice, clean, functional and most of all - dog friendly.

Will stay there again.
