Clean apartment, friendly staff and efficient checking in and out.
Has stayed here few times.
Apartment location close to tram lines.

Clean, new and modern.
Difficult to gain initial check in access.
Unfinished construction elements e.g door lock strikers and doors not closing properly.

Basic simple yet functional rooms. Double glazing to cut out traffic noise would be a plus. Cleaning definitely needs attention. A larger fridge would be good also and an up to date stove. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Bed is comfortable and bathrooms very nice.

Absolutely disgraceful treatment, was made to feel like a second class citizen. Will never return.

Best, modern hotel in Glen Waverley and Burwood East. Price was reasonable. Service and rooms were amazing, Some have views of the Dandenongs. Thoroughly recommend this place for business or leisure. Has a conference area and is co-located with a fully kitted out gym.

The reception staff and Manager/Owner Chris are always very friendly the rooms are in excellent condition and the fact it’s pet friendly makes me extremely happy I can bring my Bubba with me Monday to Friday is the best Thankyou ever one at Quest in Burwood East Ashley and Bubba

I stayed in the studio apartment and loved how spacious, spotless and modern the room was. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. There was even a little balcony area, which I would definitely have used if I had stayed longer. The whole checking in was smooth and staff were fantastic.
Given I had a late check in, I appreciated that the hotel had secure underground parking when compared to other hotels.
Overall excellent value for money.
I will definitely be back!

The rooms at this hotel were spotless, spacious and very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the food availability around the location as well, and props to the team for making such lovely and creative swan animals out of our towels! I must add, the service done by Maya and Milan when we walked in to get checked in was amazing. They asked us how our day was and were not afraid of having a chat, which was nice given these days of constant lockdowns. Definitely recommend staying here and do not be shy with the staff, we found them very lovely and comforting. Thank you Quest Burwood East for an amazing weekend away!

Lovely experience here at Quest
Staff at reception was lovely, I believe Maya and some days Milan, attended to every need with a smile on their face and very helpful. Room was clean and served with decorated towels and chocolate upon arrival which set the expectations for the rest of my stay.
Will definitely be coming back!

Owner was rude to my friend when she needed help getting back into the room there was no violence at all the owner may say there was but I was on the phone hearing the whole ulceration.funny how the story changes when he knows his in the wrong as her safe steps workers even knew about the rudeness and nasty behaviour held towards my friend when she ended to get back in there room to her baby but couldn't as the door wouldn't open.extremely rude owner

Nice hotel apartments. Easy access when always arrive late. Plenty of parking which is a must for me.

Great place, kept very well. Only thing I would fault was the Gym would not open but that could be covid guidelines where there is only 2 people allowed and it was max capacity.

Place is excellent, rooms are amazing, everything from check in to check out was simple. Well worth the money in great location. Only thing was couldn't get connected to Netflix or YouTube on TV, WiFi said it was connected on TV but would not work, reception finished at 5pm so there was no one to help.
