2nd time I have been here, will try somewhere else next. Again, I was made to feel like an inconvenience as I walked out, despite booking and they accepted a walk in after I sat down. There seems to be a critical attitude towards new customers. Online booking system isn't accurate as appoinments can't really be made after 5pm despite offering to 5.30pm. Good location.

I loved Melissa's skills. She was very professional.they have a lot of colours. I will be back.

Awesome service. Got my nails done today. Melissa and Joy both beautiful ladies made my nails look absolutely beautiful.

I booked an appointment and paid a deposit on their website.and I called them after a couple of days to reschedule my appointment to the week after. They had no record of my appointment or my deposit payment, even though I have the receipt for it. They agreed to just book me a new appointment the week after my original appointment. Then they messaged me a few days later to tell me my appointment is no longer available. Cbfed with them, rude and unorganised customer service.

I am from Adelaide visiting Melbourne and this was suggested to me and I am glad I went Joy is so nice and great at helping and omg did I need help with colours haha and Melissa well she definetly knows her stuff. She has a awsome eye to detail she is fast at her job but damn they are awsome so happy and also devastated as I go back to Adelaide and can’t take these ladies with me!

The best nail technicians in Melbourne. I’ve been going here for four years and will never go anywhere else, the attention to detail is exceptional and the staff are well trained and professional. Would highly recommend.

Just got my nails done. All of the staff were really friendly. They had more color options than anywhere I've been before. Everything was explained to me before we started. Great attention to detail and I was especially impressed with my nail technician's filing skills. Overall great experience. Got a loyalty card. Will be back and will recommend.

I get organic gel nails done here and have had many pretty styles like ombre, chrome, marble and french manicure. Melissa is very talented and courteous and the girls are sweet. They take good care to ensure the health of my nails and no other salon I've been to has cared about this. The shape is always perfect and they never break or lift. I am now a loyal customer and have recommended friends here. Love their work, especially Melissa

The girls in here are lovely but be careful as my usually very strong nails are now trashed after having a manicure from here a few weeks ago. My nail plate is damaged and there is a visible dent in my nails between where the manicure was and where there there is now regrowth: (

Terrible service, my friend and I booked an appointment to get our nails done and when we walked in, the two lady starred at us with an unwelcoming face. Didn’t say hi or anything and we said we booked an appointment and they didn’t seem to remember at all. Only had one customer during that time, and just gave us a stack of colours on the table to choose without asking what we wanted. We were fed up with their attitude and left right away.

Oh well, how do I start?
The skills of the senior manicurist is good, but however the salon gets busy and she gets abit cranky. However a busy salon doesn’t give a staff in the service industry the right to be cranky to the customers, especially new customers if they want to have a loyal customer base.
That said, the 2 other less experienced manicurists do have a really good attitude and are polite.
Oh well, it could have been a good long standing relationship but it was not to be.

Lovely staff, small but cosy salon.

The girls were really lovely. I got a basic pedicure for a good price. I wore closed toe shoes and forgot my sandals but the girls got out a fan to help them dry quickly. Will definitely go again!

I booked an appointment online and received an email confirmation, but when I showed up for my scheduled time I was told they were actually full for the day and couldn't see me. I showed them my email confirmation, but apparently you need "two email confirmations", which I didn't understand. To top it off, they made no effort to fit me in or reschedule.
