Q&H Nails

These ladies are amazing at what they do. Melissa is an artist - no matter how intricate the design, she makes every thing look so easy! And my nails LAST! No cracks, lifting, chips or breaks - just HEALTHY nails underneath. Since discovering Q&H nails, I won't bother going any where else.

It’s a lie. There is no such thing as organic nails whatsoever available at this place. They say it’s organic but the only thing organic is a handwritten label on their sns powder boxes. The hygiene of this place is questionable. They do not provide any information and just assume what you want. Terrible service and extremely unfriendly staff. I wanted a nice relaxing manicure and nail experience but the staff was in such a rush to close early that two of them started pulling hand in opposite directions. I was not there for body massage! The whole point of manicure is defeated. They have no art in what they do and no manners to be polite.

I added a photo, but I asked beforehand to have feature art on one nail on each hand and they claimed that they could do it and booked me in, however once I got there, they had no idea and the art has half chipped off, and it hasn't even been 3 full days yet. The girls were lovely but the job was rushed and I feel very ripped off now when I could have just waited a few days to go to some other place with better manicure skills and cheaper prices.

Was served by a lady named Minnie who cut my nails the wrong shape and put the wrong colour on. When I told her after the first hand was done the wrong colour, she said she would correct it free of charge. But at the end, she overcharged me for her mistake. I tried to talk to her about it, but she said it was my fault for not picking up on it sooner. Definitely not coming back.

Fantastic nail salon that really cares about the health of your nails. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The prices are good as well, they do a fast job, other places usually take longer. Melissa is amazing at her job, highly recommend.

Horrible service. Owner/manager cranky and was very rude to customers. Should have checked other reviews before going to this place. Nail work was average.

Melissa is amazing. I was lucky enough to have someone so experienced do my organic SNS for the first time ever at Q&H with Melissa. I then got them done again in my home town and realised how lucky I was to get Melissa the first time, hence this morning I rushed back to her to get them fixed and now today I am very happy again. Thank you so much Melissa, you are wonderful, so gentle and very clever at what you do.

I went yesterday and asked about how much it would be to remove the shellac. They tried to scam me. First they told me it was $10. When I said okay, the boss immediately told something to the girls and a minute later they changed the price from $10 to $15. I am okay paying for a good service, but I am not okay if you tried to scam me.

The girls here do great work and provide and excellent friendly service in a timely manner.

They remember there regular customers, have an extraordinary range of colours, patterns and the skills to have any design or work you would fancy getting done and at reasonable prices.

Thankyou for your reply below, its a shame that you call the customer a 'liar', as you should know the first rule of customer service is that the customer is always right, but it clearly shows what kind of manager runs this establishment who is rude and has no manners. I actually had to have one of my nails redone before i left as it looked awful because it smudged. When i returned after an hour to explain my issue, none of the girls working there could speak english, it was difficult to explain my problem to them hence i had to speak to you, the owner/manger over the phone. I have never spoken to some who is so rude in my life, and I wouldnt lie about what you said. I asked for a complete refund initially as I did not want to have the same redone for it to only re-smudge again. I asked if they could be re done with shellac and i will pay the difference which was $10 dollars not $15 as my friend paid $25 for shellac, but you were trying to charge more as I had already paid $15 dollars earlier. You then threatened to call the police when I asked for a full refund instead. You said you never give any customers a refund, when its completely in my rights to get a refund if I am not happy with the quality of the nail work done.
Anyhow thank you for a full refund, I really appreaciate it, however the manner in which it was returned was in rather bad taste.

Attemped to get a refund today, as the quality of my nails were awful!
The girls who work here are unable to speak english. The manager was on the phone and was very rude and insinuted it was my fault the nails got smudged, dented or rippled. She even threated to call the police so that I would back down from asking for a refund!
After arguing for a refund, relunctantly i was given a full refund, however when i asked to remove my nail varnish, the girls refused to remove it!

The girls didn't listen to me. My Shellac on my toes was just filled of not soaked off. My nails were almost as bad. I was talked into taking my natural nails off for the worst french sns I have ever had and they are breaking 1 a dat

Amazing job on my eyebrow tint and wax BUT the rest of my facial waxing was proper dodgy. You missed sooooooo much. I'm on holidays here at the moment, I was really relying on you to help me. You failed half of it, so I had to go out and buy tweezers to fix the rest myself.

Came for Shellac Manicure with normal polish spa pedicure, totalled $80 which would have been fine if color wasn't wrong, polished smudged by staff, completely rushed through service and not friendly and easy to deal with for multiple mistakes made.

I had my nails done for the first time yesterday, and they were fantastic! The attention to detail, with shaping so it really suited my hands and checking to see if I was happy all the way thru. Thank you I'll be back again!

Melissa is really talented with nail design and has great attention to detail.
She takes care of my nails with thought to long term wear, not doing something that will look good now but ruin the nail bed.
She has given me a lot of great advice with nail care, and is very accommodating to the designs I want.
The Organic Gel has been really good, much preferable over Acrylic

Super friendly and always accommodating! Nails always look great and there are lots of colours to choose from. Would definitely reccomend.

The first time I had my nails done here I wasn't too impressed but I thought I would give them another go as they are so close to work and easy to book online. This time my nails are fantastic and the service was great. Will go back for sure.

The staff were fine for me and my nails were good but I witnessed the staff being rude to a repeat client
